This bottle contains 120 probiotics tablets for women. At the recommended dose of 2 tablets per day this bottle will last around 2 months.I like that these probiotics are tailored to what women's bodies need. The capsules have no nasty aftertaste and are easy to swallow.Taking these have reduced the amount tables i am taking per day which is an added bonus.

This combination of probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes, and cranberry extract is designed to support a wide range of health benefits for women, particularly in the areas of gut health, digestion, immune support, and urinary tract health.I am trying these as I can reduce the amount of supplements I take on a daily basis as they include Cranberry extract which I normally take on their own.

These are easy to take capsules which can be swallowed whole with water. They have no particular taste or smell which makes them very palatable to consume. They are clear capsules with a light pink tinged powder inside which is presumably due to the cranberry extract they contain. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of these as it is not something you can really measure, however I have had no problems from having these daily and will continue to do so.

These tablets are very easy to swallow and don't have bad aftertaste.I like that these probiotics have 200 billion CFUs and so far I am fine to take them everyday.It is very good that they also have cranberry, which is know to support the urinal health.They come as a bottle of 120 capsules on a good price of £9.99.Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

My wife has tried these, but has not yet seen any benefit from taking these. Having said that, she has not experienced any ill effect either.We don’t know how long you need to take these for to see any benefit, but no ill effects to date.
