This set of 10 rollerball pens contain white ink which is great for writing on dark card or for creating artworks using highlights against a black background. They can also be used to pick out highlights over the top of other colours on your creations, to pick out the sparkle in an eye or the ripple on a pond. The rollerball nibs are easy to write with and deliver a fine opaque white line against a matt black card but I don't think they would be suitable for writing on a glossy background as I believe the ink is water based. I'm not sure how long they will last for, but at £6.59 for 10 (66p each) you can't go wrong. What's not to like ... Big 5 stars from me!

These pens are incredibly good value for just over £5 you get 10 highly pigmented white gel ink ball point pens. End of the day its the ball point that prevents getting the results of those used in the advertising images but its not the end of the world, I knew it would be impossible to achieve with these pens even before ordering.I've been drawing with ball point pens ever since I was a child, its one of my favourite go to rough sketch mediums, I've also managed to produce some really cool pieces of art that are not just sketching with ball point pens.I love using these on black card, the white ink gel flows very well producing brilliantly white lines. You can easily create contrast with cross hatching and stippling. The only issue with these is that there is no grip on the outer casing to prevent slippage, they are perfectly smooth and round, otherwise I'd be giving these a glowing 5 star review instead of the 4.
