    I bought the large fry pan. You can fry your entire Sunday breakfast in this, Also it is ideal for frying tender steaks. Nothing sticks to the pan and I use it on a convection hob.

    After reading an article that recommended sauté pans over traditional frying pans for their larger sides and base, I decided to surprise my partner with one, and It’s quickly become indispensable in our kitchen. The non-stick coating is fantastic, requiring no oil for cooking, making it perfect for healthier meals without compromising on flavor. The weight is just right - not too heavy but not too light. Overall, the sauté pan has exceeded our expectations making cooking more enjoyable.

    The pan is reasonably thick (side thickness is 4 mm, bottom may be a bit thicker) and somewhat heavy. I use it almost exclusively for frying fish/seafood on induction top, and it's fantastic for this purpose - a lot of space (the flat area is 26 cm), and good heat distribution on 21cm round induction area.The coating is a typical Teflon non-stick, works well. Too early to say re. durability, but I expect it to last since I only use it 3-4 times a week.
