    When I opened this box of acrylic markers, one of the pens had already dried out on the brush end, as the lid was broken. That was a shame, but fortunately the other end of the pen still works, so I haven't lost that colour completely.This set contains a good mix of different colours, and has an added bonus of a zipped canvas pencil case included inside the box. This is plain white, so that it can be customised using the pens in the set if you wish. If you decide to customise your pencil case, and want your finished design to be permanent, you’ll need to let it dry for at least 24 hours, then dry iron using a low heat, on the reverse side of the fabric for a few minutes. Don’t wash the fabric for a week after that. Your design should remain in place for a good few washes, but may need topping up with more colour from time to time, and the above process with ironing repeated.The pencil case is just large enough to hold 2 rows of 9 pens, stacked on top of each other. Once filled with all the pens, it lays flat, which is nice for compact storage. When you’ve finished using the markers, they are best stored horizontally. This stops them becoming clogged, and helps to prevent the nibs from drying out. This is the case for all marker pens, so it’s always best to remember to store them flat.The marker pens in this set are all double-ended. One end is the “dot” end, which has a thick stubby nib. The other end is the “brush” end, which has a fine pointed nib. I personally liked the brush end the best, because it offered a lot of fluidity and movement, which was great for long fluid sweeps of colour or lettering. A very light touch will give you very fine lines using these markers, or you can vary the thickness by applying more pressure. As with other acrylic markers I’ve previously tested, any of the pale colour markers will show up over the top of darker colours, which allows you to add extra details and highlights to your drawings. A gold and silver metallic marker are part of the 18 pen set, which are very useful for adding highlights and picking out detail. Also handy for Christmas cards and gift tags.These markers are odourless and clean to use. They are suitable to be used on a variety of surfaces, including rocks, wood, paper, metal, ceramics, etc. The ink flows freely, without any drips or excess coming out around the nibs. The ink dries quickly, and the pens are non-toxic, due to the water-based pigment ink. This makes them perfectly safe for both children and adults. This set would definitely be appreciated by anyone who loves drawing, or art and crafts.

    These are lovely paint pens to use. They come complete with a plain zipper pouch that you can easily fit all the pens in, as well as decorate with them. They paint smoothly with a good flow. A metallic silver and gold are included in the set. My pictures unfortunately don't show the colours very well. For under £11, it's a great value set.

    This is a review for the CUODIYA acrylic paint colouring pens.Overall, these are really nice pens and I've been enjoying playing with them. They are pretty juicy and the acrylic lays down well on the page. The variety of colours is great and even the metallic pens are true gold/silver.The pens come with a more traditional pen end that is good for both line-work and colouring larger areas, but also a short fat end that I have mostly found useful for making dot patterns.I've only tested the pens on paper and cardboard so far, so I can't comment on how the acrylic applies onto other surfaces but I see no reason that it shouldn't work well on rocks or smooth surfaces.The acrylic dries quite quickly on paper, but you do have to be careful not to smear it before it does. I also found that I got quite a bit on my hands as I was working and that this could then get onto the paper. You would need to watch young children carefully if they were using these and make sure hands were washed well once they had finished or it would be very easy to end up with acrylic paint spots all over the house!

    I really like these pens. I usually paint in acrylic using traditional tube paint and paint brushes so these are a new experience for me. They have a good coverage, dry quickly and there is a nice range of colours. Each pen has a different tip at each end one is a larger round tip and the other a smaller pointed tip. So far I have only used these for rock painting and they worked very well for that. I put a varnish over the top of them for protection and they look great. No complaints here!

    This is an excellent value pack of aryillic paint markers.The pens have a brush nib on one end and a thick round nib on the other. I found the thick nib has a lot more ink flowing from it, and the colours come out deeper with more coverage on this end.The range of colours and brilliant with 18 to choose from. Some of the colours are more opaque than others. Particularly the lighter colours and white required going over a few times to make them really opaque when using the brush end. The pens are all very juicy with lots of ink flow.I'm really happy with these pens, they are great for drawing and writing a painting with.

    The pens cover a decent gamut of colours, and have dual ends, a brush style one and a round marker one, which gives you extra possibilities.They work well, and the paint sticks to pretty much everything, and dries fast.Super helpful for a lot of crafts and decoration
