    For many, many years, I only used natural products on my skin, in keeping with my vegan lifestyle. In fact, I enjoyed abstaining from chemicals, not only in my diet, but in my beauty regime too. Since I turned 60 I've noticed changes in my facial skin texture and tone, with unsightly pigmentation patches and broken capillaries that cause an uneven colour to the skin.Vanity dictates that I am going to have to allow some chemicals into my life, but I'm determined to find products that have the best of both worlds. Active ingredients with not too many chemicals, as well as some natural elements.The Feelia Frankincense & Rose Face Cream seems to be exactly what is needed at this given time and situation.The beautiful scent, the light creamy texture and the feel of this cream on my face is just wonderful. It gives it a silky soft feel and keeps my face hydrated and smooth without feeling heavy.. It smells divine and a little goes a long way.Frankincense & Rose oils are renowned for their anti-inflammatory properties and work together to visibly reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots. I'm using it morning and night and am hoping for good results.I emailed Feelia before receiving this product asking if the cream is vegan as I know other similar products contain beeswax... to no avail. When I received it I noticed one of the main ingredients - "cera alba" - which is beeswax. Therefore the cream is not vegan. However, compared to its vegan counterpart, which is Candelilla wax... Put it this way, I’d much rather use beeswax instead of it.

    This product comes with many excellent credentials, being sustainably produced and cruelty free.It is highly scented and I must admit that I find the fragrance just too much, it reminds me vaguely of Parma Violets, but having said that I also have to say that I love the cream, it absorbs easily, my skin is very dry and this has left my skin totally hydrated and soft. I can really see a difference.You need only use a small amount, a little goes a long way so this small pot should last for quite some time.Apart from the fragrance, which by the way would not deter me from buying this product when the need arises, nothing negative to say.5 stars.

    This arrives in a box and the product is in an amber glass jar.I wasn't sure what it would be like, but I have had rosewater and witch hazel water from this company and have found them soothing for my skin. The cream is made in the UK, which is a big bonus.The jar has an expiry date of February 2027, which is impressive. I was a bit confused as the jar itself is not sealed, but has a silver foil lying on top of the contents (not sealed down) and the jar has to be used within 6 months of opening. I assume the action of closing the jar when it is produced is sufficient to keep the contents sealed, without needing the foil top.The cream itself is lovely and light and non greasy. It rubs into the skin and really hydrates it, and the smell is absolutely divine. The geraniol and rose smell is dominant, and it is really gorgeous. I have been using this for a few days and my skin never feels dry and it doesn't clog pores.Normally I use a very expensive face cream, but this one is very impressive and at around £15 currently, it is well worth trying.

    This face cream is very heavily scented, so it would serve as a perfume for daytime use or before sleep. Ican certainly detect the rose quite distinctly. The frankincense is more subtle, which is to be expected, as more of a base note, but it definitely adds something additional to the overall effect. The listing says there is geranium added, though this isn't noted in the scent description, but I believe I can distinguish this, too, as it's quite a strong scent and I do get the overall vibe of opening my essential oil box (where geranium does come through a lot).The cream feels luxurious on the skin.I like using this at night, as it's a lovely scent to drift off to sleep to.

    This cream places quite an emphasis on fragrance with the floral Rose notes certainly in the ascendency over the frankincense. It is a Vegan friendly product, cruelty free and even British made which is a novelty. It very much fits into that end of the spectrum which focuses on flower oils in the ingredients and this makes for an easily absorbed and hydrating cream. You also get Vitamins especially C and E which are obvious antioxidants so the fundamentals are sound. You only get a small pot of 60ml, but given the oil base you get good from a small portion. If used as part of a skincare routine this could be beneficial in reducing dryness and accompanying tightness and it would appear to be best used at night given the seeming lack of any sun protection in the formulation. The key decision to be made here is do you wanted a cream which is quite heavily fragranced or do you want something neutral? if the answer is the former this is worth trying.

    I'm enjoying using this delicious frankincense and rose face cream as it makes my skin feel dewy and soft. Although described as a travel sized jar, and it is indeed a small pot, I only need to use a tiny amount to achieve full coverage on my face and neck. A little goes a very long way. It's rich and creamy and has a very strong scent of geranium I would say. It has the texture, consistency and aroma of an artisan product and it feels special. It absorbs really quickly and leaves my skin pliable, glowing and feeling nourished. I can react badly to certain products and this happily, has been absolutely fine for me to use. For mature, sensitive and spot prone skin, this is a beautiful face cream. I'm delighted I chose it.

    Feelia - Frankincense & Rose Face Cream, Moisturising & Nourishing - the cream seems to be very nourishing, yet I do not like the smell - way too strong for me and kind of off-putting! So I am a bit unsure if I will use it. I tried on my hands, and it absorbed nicely. Came in a dark brown glass jar.
