I developed a lot of muscle spasm post surgery and a massage gun was recommended by my PT. I was not sure if this was a good idea so figured I would not spend too much on something I would never use! This is very reasonably priced so I bought it! It comes in a case with various heads and a charging cable. There are instructions as to what heads are best used for specific areas. The intensity of massage can be varied depending on what you need and can tolerate. I have only charged this when it arrived and I have had it about 5 weeks. The gun itself is lightweight which is good if you are trying to reach the paraspinal muscles. I m very impressed and have used it at least every other day! Does it work? Certainly helping me ! But obviously it’s worth taking advice to make sure your “diagnosis” is correct before using it!!!!

I had long been looking for an instrument more powerful than my old vibrator massager. I am not into sport or athletics but need this therapy for low back pain relief, as well as for toning aching muscles after DIY and gardening activities. My old corded massager still works well, but lacks power to deal with deep tissue and fascia issues. Oedema (lymph retention) in lower legs/feet/ankles, was also becoming a difficult problem to deal with.Percussion therapy is new to me, and looked to be a far more effective means for treating these needs, but the prices of many online recommended models were way above my budget.On finding a similar product in the Aerlang EM9 Massage Gun at such an affordable price while offering the same benefits as its higher-priced counterparts, I purchased one with not too high expectations in terms of quality and performance, but after first seeing how robustly made and well designed it is, then to experience and feel the benefits of its much needed power performance, soon changed my perceptions of it.It is frankly a revelation to me in terms of how effectively it addresses my various needs, with a range of simple LED display controllable powers, combined with a choice of purpose shaped heads that suit different needs, according to the body area being treated.Being cordless itself is a great advantage, and its weight is well balanced. This, combined with simple speed adjustments makes it easy to treat varying body areas or muscle groups . To my surprise - and pleasure - my swollen feet have greatly benefitted, now only needing a few short daily treatments to keep this troublesome and highly uncomfortable problem under control.I also like its auto zero-power after 10 minutes of use. It’s a reasonable period for vigorous therapy of this kind, especially safer for elderly users such as myself, needing just a few display taps to renew the setting if wished.A card accompanying the massager - which, by the way, comes in a handy compact zip case - requested an honest review, and this I have given. I cannot, of course, say how others may experience its potential benefits, but as a seasoned user of older, less powerful instruments, I can highly recommend it, and am truly delighted with my purchase of a quality product at such low cost. It is also worth noting that Aerlang have a support email address, which is further reassuring.

Nice unit, well made and does the job. Battery is decent capacity and charges quite fast - tops up from 60% in about 20 mins/half an hour, full charge in a couple of hours, roughly. Very comfortable to hold, and quite heavy, which is a good thing (except for travel). My only complaint is the horrendous user interface - you have to tap TWENTY times for max power!! It's no big deal, but I don't understand how they can design and make a good product like this and give so little thought to how it will be used! Baffling, but I find it really helpful with my lower back pain - it doesn't ever cure it completely, but it takes the pain from really bad to tolerable quite quickly. Just find the painful spots and give them a pounding while breathing deeply and relaxing the area mentally as well. I was concerned that it would need another person to reach some spots, but you can do your whole back solo with a bit of practise, if you're not too stiff. Definitely recommended for the price - I don't think the expensive ones will be any better really, it does the job perfectly.(over a month of daily use before review)

I lifted some very heavy bags suddenly I started having lower back pain ; I couldn't stand up and sit down properly for 2 days needed to grap something even to stand up my pain was worse , third day I ordered this product same day delivery my pain was worse , I was taking pain killers... ecc this product arrived in the evening after using it for 30 minutes proper massage in 2 different modes , my pain its 80/90% gone unbelievable.Now I can walk properly without feeling much pain also the blood flow its great in the area I used it that's relaxing the tissue muscles, I applied some massage oil and used this product was even better.I'm thankful to this company for an excellent product.
