The milk frother looks great, and is very lightweight when moving around. It comes with a spare wisk and 2 years warranty if you register online. Heated my hot chocolate to a temp where it was just slightly too hot to drink when poured, which is exactly what I wanted. Knocking one star off for the jug handle which is plastic with a fake metal / chrome look which doesn't match the metal on the rest of the appliance.

I love a midday coffee, which i usually make each day; from single source coffee beans, which i like from the small Central South American countries. “Rafow” 350ml milk frothier is best one compared to my precious two, that were bulky and also wereone assembly jug and the electric heater. Rafow is easier to use, because its jug isn’t a fixed part of the frother. 350 ml of milk is sufficient to make 2 large coffees. Best of all is its ability to make dense froth, that is as superb as at major cofffee outlets.

The milk frother was well packed, easy to set up and easy to use. It is well made and looks like it will function for a long time. I would highly recommend this if you like frothy coffee and hot chocolate.

We had a Nespresso one before and this is better! Delivers varying degree of froth, but is so much easier to clean as the jug comes off. Recommend.

Purchased the Rafow 5 in 1 milk frother after researching the many manufacturers products and having read all the positive reviews for this make and model. I can say that we are not disappointed the product is well made with the jug removable from control base to aid cleaning and you are able to use the frother to make various styles. The only downside was trying to remove the whisk but found heating water with a little washing up liquid released the whisk from its mount. Overall we are very happy this product and would recommend

I absolutely love this milk frother. I have been assessing various makes, and was hesitant to purchase this one, but I have no regrets. Nice this or airy foam milk (I use almond) every time.
