    Very good support for a pull up brace. Thick weave ,but good at dispersing heat, I've had this on day and night. The side inserts do make a difference to support and the gel ring nice and soft.plus it doesn't slip up or down your leg. thumbs up from me

    Side of my knee giving me some pain when I put this on it felt like it was giving me some lateral support to that area ! When you have a pain in one knee you start adjusting your movements as so not to cause pain in it but by doing so you place more stress on other parts of your body like hip or other knee ! Trying to walk more normally with the aid of this leg sock will help as you will not put so much strain on other ligaments!With it for that alone ! When it arrived I was expecting some straps to tighten! But it doesn’t have that !The downside is after a few days wear the top band was making me itch ! I persisted and seems to have done the trick!

    I have a bakers cyst. This has been a life saver offering me adequate support and protection whilst working as a plumbing and heating engineer. The gel ring around the knee cap is fantastic and I'm impressed that the support doesn't slip down at all during the day.

    I want to be fair to this item, so it's not a wholly negative review.Pros: It is extremely well made!!! It's woven very well, and the padding and boning makes it feel professional and supportive. The colour is great and I was excited to use it.Cons: The knee support did not stay up and kept slipping down to my ankle and didn't offer protection all the time. This is surprising as it did have a rubber anti-slip band around the thigh. I measured my thigh properly and I came in the middle of the XL range so XL was the obvious choice. But it didn't feel very tight and this became evident when walking with it, it just kept slipping off my knee cap and then eventually down.Would I recommend this item? YES but if you go smaller than your leg actually measures.

    I have really bad knees after exercise they swell and crack really bad to the extent next day I struggle to walk. I wore these for a circuit class and a 5k run and afterwards my knee was aching bt nowhere near how bad they could be. These really worked. I would suggest wearing on both knees as when I used on the bad knee the other one then played up. But with both on no problems.

    I did something drastic to my knee on 18th May 2021. Have had physio during the time in between and had knee checked by a consultant who is going to review it on 14th September but I was still suffering pain. Made me very tetchy all the time as it was like have a constant, very bad toothache!!! Not to mention the very 'dodgy' walking gait.In desperation I ordered this brace- well what can I say except- Wow. Pain now negligible, can actually go up and down stairs without it feeling agonising and am walking around normally again. Obviously the problem has not gone away so am still going to get it checked out but, in the interim, I have a liveable life back. Would recommend highly. Thank you.

    A really good buy, measure the leg accurately, my husband was technically a ex large but once its on after a day or two gives a bit so he'd of preferred a bit of a tighter fit..buts that's being picky 😊

    Bought size smaller as advised by other reviewers.Fit is just right very comfortable no rubbing. Doesn't ride up or slip down, helps me to walk much further without stopping to rest knee. On a four mile walk it didn't feel hot and it was about 22c.Knee feels very stable when i wear it. Very happy!!
