60 billion CFU strength probiotic culture, easy to swallow, vegetarian shell capsules, in a clear plastic screw top bottle.Dosage given as two, once per day, swallowed with water and food, which means that there are 60 capsules per bottle, one month's supply.The actual number of capsules contained inside is not given, only implied by the wording and dosage information.I counted them and found that there were sixty.Why not simply, like everyone else, put this information on the label?Niggles aside, these have a well balanced range of slow release bacteria, which over time, allows the good bacteria to establish themselves inside the intestines.The information and instructions are printed on the label, albeit in microscopic size, yet detailed.Only four out of five stars, for these do not appear to be batch tested or 3rd party tested.

This product combines together a large number of different strains of cultures and in high quantities. This is great value for such a small product as you get the benefits of taking multiple different supplements in the same pill. They are formulated to be a slow release as well which is beneficial as you don’t overwhelm your gut all at once with them all. Recommended dose is two tablets which means this is a months supply. Tablets are on the large size which could be tricky for those who struggle with pills.

I've been taking these probiotics for a few weeks now, and I think I'm starting to notice a difference. My digestion seems a bit better, and I haven't felt as bloated. I've been trying to improve my gut health and decided to give these probiotics a go. They're easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste. It's hard to say definitively whether they've made a huge difference, but I do feel slightly less bloated and my digestion seems a bit better. I'll continue taking them to see if the benefits increase over time.

These granular capsules contain a nice mix of probiotics as well as prebiotics in a slow release form. They are quite a high doseage, but still require you to take two per day, making these 60 capsules only a 1 month supply.The capsules are nicely made and as half of each one is transparent, you can see the granules inside. They are made in the UK, which gives you a level of confidence both in the product as well as in the manufacturing process. There is no real taste or odour, so they are easy to take with a glass of water.Overall, I'm pleased with them, but I think that even though they are a high dose, they're still a little pricey for a 1 month supply.

Impressed with these, take probiotics anyway and changing to these is gopefully better with the slow release naturenof the little balls in the capsule. Gut health feels good and regular so effective and good quality. Reasonable value for money.
