Whenever I go on holiday I always end up packing my shoes / sandals / trainers / boots / flip-flops in any supermarket carrier bag that is to hand - and then when I get to the other end I'm digging through all the carrier bags trying to find a particular pair of shoes - now here is the solution.20 individual bags measuring approximately 15 inches long and nearly 12 inches wide - with a draw string.They are definitely thicker material than your normal carrier bag - feel a lot more robust.Easily fits my size 11 shoes in - although the bags are opaque so I cant always tell which shoe/boot is in which bag; but these are purpose made, so quite strong / tough and look a lot better than a screwed up carrier bag.The description says "waterproof" but because the drawstring closure could never be airtight I think they are splash proof or whatever the terminology is.I think they are really neat and useful for packing shoes or even other items when you go away on holiday. I suppose if you take a bag to the beach you can put your wet clothing in on the way back - maybe thats what they mean by waterproof - it means you can carry wet items in the bags with out any liquid leaking out.I'm happy with these and I know they will get plenty of use every time we go away.

These are a great solution for packing shoes when going on holidays. Typically you have to put dirty shoes in with all your clean clothes, but this helps by keeping the dirt on your shoes away from the clean clothes.The bags are quite strong and large enough for any pair of shoes I have tried. The drawstrings close well and make sure the shoes and any residual dirt stay inside the bag.

These are the same thickness as a 'bag for life' from the supermarket, so I am a tad disappointed as I would expect 'shoe bags' to be a bit tougher, thinking stiletto heels… rips… hmmm. They are okay for lightweight shoes, but I wouldn't put my hiking boots or anything with scratchy heels in them. But, they are £8 for 20, you have to say 'you get what you pay for'... I have much better quality shoe bags than this, these feel 'throwaway', something we are NOT meant to be doing these days. So I can't recommend them as they are not thick enough to be keepers. They serve a function, but not for long, at least they are semi-seethough, so they do have that over a regular supermarket bag.

This pack of 20 drawstring shoe bags are good quality, the size is perfect for shoes, sandals and trainers and secured with the drawstring. These are ideal for putting in your suitcase, overnight or weekend bag and also great for storing shoes for keeping them dust free and clean. They could be used for anything that fits them for either travel or storage as well, very useful to have and the price is very reasonable.
