The Pharmanostix Folic Acid gummies have a pleasant fruity-like taste and are nice and chewy. However, the safety lid ripped as I removed it, so it could definitely be stronger. Despite that, they’re a tasty and easy way to get your folic acid.

I’ve used a few Pharmanostix gummies now and really like them, and thankfully their folic acid ones are no different. These come in a plastic tub with 60 gummies. As the daily recommended dose is one gummy, the tub should last 60 days/2 months.Each gummy contains 400ug of folic acid, which is a decent amount and what I was advised to take by my GP due to ongoing deficiency. I’m glad they’re just folic acid and nothing else, just makes things a bit easier if you take other vitamin supplements.These are shaped like little red hearts. They’re quite chunky and they last a little while if you suck on them before chewing. They’ve got a nice texture and there’s no yucky chalkiness like you can get with some gummies. The flavour is “natural berry”, and I’d say they do taste quite fruity. They’re sweet but not sickly and I love the flavour. I want something that tastes at least decent as it’s more likely I’ll stick to taking them every day so I’m very happy with the taste of these.These are vegan, lactose free and gluten free, so should be suitable for more people. On the health and safety side of things, there’s no artificial nasties like flavours, preservatives or colours, and no GMOs.All in all, I’m really pleased with these. They taste lovely and they provide an adequate amount of folic acid. The price (£8.99 at the time of writing) seems very reasonable for a two month supply, too.

This is a pleasant and easy way to get your daily 400ug of folic acid. Four stars only because without doing before and after testing, I can't prove their effectiveness of course. But fingers crossed they do what they claim.If you decide to take these, just bear in mind that you'll also be getting a dose of sugar with every one!

These gummies are very easy to take. Eat one everyday to get in your required amount of folic acid. These are great if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. They are shaped like little love hearts and smell really good. The taste is actually really nice and they have a good amount of chew to them. The pack is a decent size, there are 60 in a pack.
