5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality, Great price
Ive tried many nose strips and these actually stay stuck on very well and do the job perfectly.
4.0 out of 5 stars They work
There are always reviews on nasal dilators where people complain they don't work to help snoring. These only work to widen your nasal passage, where without them you breathe through your mouth as you sleep. For me it's the tongue that then causes snoring. All I need is something that promotes me keeping me breathing through my nose. If you're snoring because of other reasons (eg. overweight) I guess nasal dilators in general will not help you. These work just as well as the other cheap nasal dilators on the market, and I've used many brands. The design is different and have less "pull" to them than others, but they provide the rigidity to hold the nasal passage open. They leave a residue on the nose those which I've never experienced before. They are far stickier than other generic brands and that is what has knocked a star off in this review. They don't need to be so sticky and are a real pain to take off (slowly) in the morning. Of course they will fall off as you sleep if you stick it to an unwashed oily nose, like all brands. Always wash your face extremely well before you apply a nasal dilator (people never learn that for some reason). These are super cheap which is why the review got 4 stars, great pricing.
3.0 out of 5 stars Stays stuck on overnight
I have tried a few different nasal strips and while they manage to stay stuck on for most of the night, I haven't really noticed any improvements in my sleep overnight.Easy to apply - just need to make sure the area is dry. Also easy to remove with water without any forceful tugging needed. You get 30 pieces for £3.99, which I think is great value compared to others on the market.
5.0 out of 5 stars Solid Nasal Strips for Better Breathing
These nasal strips are definitely thicker and stronger than other brands I’ve tried, which makes a noticeable difference in airflow. If you struggle with snoring or just want a little extra help with breathing at night, these work well. However, at £4 for 30 strips, they are a bit pricier compared to other options on the market. If you’re looking for something more durable and effective, they might be worth the investment, but budget-conscious shoppers might want to consider other alternatives. Overall, a solid choice for improving sleep quality!
1.0 out of 5 stars Weak and don't last long before pop
Bought because was cheap, don't stay to long,I used for sleep only so far even the idea is to use it for work outs when is more intensity and sweeting but don't stay on my nose even half night, one start for nice packing and quick delivery
4.0 out of 5 stars Okish
Bought for my friends ladies when we went on holidays together, either they did not used them properly or they did not worked. My husband use a bit bigger ones and they are perfect.
3.0 out of 5 stars Different style of nasal strip
These SleepwithZen nasal strips difer from the normal ones available on Bolo with a larger suface area across the middle of the strip and larger ends.At the time of review they are priced at £2.99 for 30 which is cheap compared to others I've tried. They are really simple to apply and stay firmly in place for the first few hours, but after that become loose and eventually come off.I've tried them for 3 nights now and the longest they have stayed on is 4 hours as I seem to wake when they spring off one side. While in place they are very effective, but if they only stay in place for 4 hours, then its a long way short of a full nights sleep.I've rated as 3 stars because they are effective whilst attached and they are very reasonably priced, but they don't last all night which is a shame.
5.0 out of 5 stars The BEST nasal strips ever!
Nasal StripsWell I’ve got to say these have been the best nasal strips I’ve ever tried!Since a certain vax, I’ve suffered with gunk on my chest and issues with my nose. The GP has prescribed sprays and pills which help somewhat, but my nose is the worst at bedtime. Other nasal strips NEVER last through the night, so I thought these would be the same. They arrive in a little sealed pouch, 30 packed within a little bag inside. They are smaller than others I’ve tried; black felt on one side with the sticky tab on the reverse. I peeled the sticky tab off and placed it across my nose at 11pm; at 2:30am it had come away slightly (about 2mm) at the ends, but the rest of it was still holding firm. I pushed the ends back down and when I woke again to get up at 6am it was the same, so overall, a great result. It kept my airways open all night.Peeling the nasal strip off was fine, although it did leave some sticky residue behind, so I had to leave a bit of face cream on it for a minute or so before scrubbing off. To be honest, I don’t have to worry about wearing make up, so this didn’t bother me. I’m just happy the strips lasted the whole night. At 10p per strip (£2.99 for 30 at the time of writing this review), I think it’s a great price for a comfortable night’s sleep. As always, I have added a few photos to this review which I hope you find helpful.
