This bathmat - which at 110cm spans a good length of the bath - arrived packaged in a poly bag, which in turn was packed into a cardboard box. It feels thick and luxurious. The pile is deep, which a height variation for added geometric interest. This creates a two-tone effect through shadow. The colour I chose is described as khaki - perhaps my colour sense is off but it now what's I'd describe as khaki - perhaps it is desert khaki, a much mure beige tone. It's a little dark for me, to be nitpick, but it is as shown on the listing pictures, which are pretty realistic representations of tone.When you stand on the bathmat, your feel sink into it. It feels luxurious. lovely soft pile. The fabric is listed as being chenille, which is more to do with the fluffiness than the composition. We do not know what this bathmat is made of. Which is a bit odd. We know the backing is made of polyester, but the chenille layer has no stated composition either on the packaging or on the label.The listing does state that it is certified by OKEOTEX, which is an international standard which can be applied to products which pass stringent safety tests regarding chemical content and manufacturing process ( big thumbs of for OKEOTEX). However you can apply for OKEOTEX certification for man-made as well as natural fabrics. If I had to guess I'd say this was a man man, polyester-type fabric but I don't know.The backing on the bathmat is...weird. It has a sort of honeycomb pattern, and the grip is astonishingly good. it's not rigid, it is somewhat pliable, but there is a definite structure/grid pattern which holds its shape well.As far as washing goes, it is recommended to was at 40 degrees or under. The instruction label states you should put it in a mesh laundry bag, although I am not sure where I would get a laundry to fit!I like the mat, it feels coy on your feel although I would like the labelling to be clearer regarding what material is used.Made in China.Five stars.

Absolutely lovely soft bath mat, in reality I should have gone for a smaller size as we don’t have a large bathroom and when the mat is down, we can’t open or shut the door however it’s great at making the family members hang it on the bath after they are done after using it! So can’t complain! It’s such great quality, grippy all over underneath so no slipping around at all.Nice subtle geometric pattern on it. So soft and luxurious!Only issue is trying to get it in the washing machine as I went for the largest size but it can be done with some elbow grease!It’s very thick, I’d highly recommend it especially if you have a larger bathroom!
Erwartungsgemäß
Es ist genau das Stück Badematte, was man erwartet. Super flauschig beim Auspacken, rutschfest und es lässt sich auch mal waschen. Problem beim Waschen - zumindest bei bisherigen dieser Art die ich hatte: schnelles Schleudern kann zum Unwuchten führen und zu einem Abbruch des Schleudervorgangs - zumindest bei meiner Waschmaschine. Dann holt man das triefende Stück Matte heraus und muss es eben lange an der Luft trocknen. In den Trockner würde ich das niemals werfen, auch wenn der Hersteller es nicht ausschließt: die Unterseite ist aus einem sehr flexiblen, beinahe klebrig anmutenden Gummimaterial. Hier hätte ich in der Kombination mit großer Hitze Angst, dass sich hier Material zerlegen könnte und sogar ggf. den Trockner beschädigen könnte.Soweit, so normal: das ist lange nicht die erste Matte dieser Machart, die ich hatte und alle waren bisher exakt gleich. Dazu gehört auch, dass sie nach einer gewissen Zeit ihre Hochflor-Eigenschaften irgendwann verlieren und unschöner werden. Nach ein paar Jahren ist es dann Zeit zum Austausch.Fazit: auch ohne Langzeiterfahrungen mit genau dieser Matte habe ich eine gewisse Erwartungshaltung. Beim Auspacken und erstem Nutzen deckt sie sich soweit erst mal: flauschig und liegt gut auf dem Boden. Etwas rutschsicher, sicher aber auch nicht in den Boden betoniert. Passt!

Der Badezimmerteppich von Dexi ist mit seiner der Musterung folgenden Erhöhung und stattlichen Dicke ein wirklich ungewöhnlicher Gebrauchsgegenstand fürs Badezimmer.Mit den Maßen 60x110cm hat er eine ideale Größe. Die Farbe grau fügt sich sehr schon in fast jede Badeinrichtung. Das verwendete Material ist flauschig und sehr saugfähig. Das Gefühl, mit welchem man nach dem Duschen (oder Baden) auf den Vorleger tritt, ist zunächst ungewöhnlich, da ich selbst noch keinen Badezimmerteppich in dieser Dicke und Gestaltung hatte, fühlt sich aber toll an.Nach dem Duschen lassen wir den Teppich nicht liegen und hängen ihn zum Trocknen auf. Er trocknet sehr schnell, auch wenn zwei Personen nacheinander geduscht haben.Besonders empfehlenswert und als Tipp: Verwendet den Badezimmerteppich bei Schmuddelwetter auch vor Eingangs oder Terassentüren für eure Hunde. Feuchtigkeit und Schmutz werden von den Pfoten ganz klasse aufgenommen und ist der Teppich schmutzig, darf er im Wäschesack in der Maschine gewaschen werden.Den aufgerufenen Preis mit anderen Anbietern zu vergleichen fällt mir recht schwer. Natürlich gibt es Badvorleger in allen Qualitäten und Preisklassen, auch zu einem günstigen Preis aus Chenille - die Höhe durch die elastische Mittelschicht, Verarbeitung, Flauschigkeit und die rutschhemmende Unterseite machen den Badezimmerteppich von Dexi schon sehr ungewöhnlich.

Bin dann doch angetan...
Zugegeben, als ich den Badezimmerteppich aus dem Paket nahm war der erste Eindruck, dass er mir nicht gefiel. Das lag daran, dass ich solche Teppiche bislang immer nur flach kannte.Dieser Teppich hat, wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, ein Wellenmuster, das tatsächlich 3-Dimensional, also erhaben ist. Betritt man diesen Teppich, ist er sehr weich und dieses "Berg und Tal-Gefühl" fühlt sich ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig an.Allerdings nach einiger Zeit war ich regelrecht begeistert davon, denn es steht und läuft sich auf dem Teppich wirklich angenehm und nach einem Bad stand ich mit feuchten Füßen darauf und die Feuchtigkeit wurde wirklich gut aufgenommen.Der Teppich wird in zwei Größen angeboten, von denen ich die größere Variante genommen habe, so reicht dieser von der Toilette bis zum Waschbecken. Das sieht echt viel besser aus als die zwei kleinen Teppiche, die ich vorher dort liegen hatte.Auf der Unterseite ist der Teppich gummiert. Wenn er liegt, dann liegt er und lässt sich nicht verrutschen, das ist wirklich gut gemacht. Ich kann das Produkt wirklich sehr empfehlen.
