i have to say this airer is just fab! When it arrives and you have to put it together you may be put off, well do not be, the instructions are very clear and easy to work through. I slowly worked through them and it was built and ready to use in less than an hour with no falling out about how to do it either! Once built it is sturdy and has taken several loads already including bedding which is great when you have to dry it indoors. All the arms, shelfs and wheels fold in for easier storage options. I do not normally write reviews but felt this item deserved my time!

I always count all items included, all present just missing one hanging rail, but i decided that I could live with that. It took a while to assemble, make sure you firmly press the rails into the arms, this helps with stability. I followed the instructions, and it went OK. At the very end I was putting the casters in and the centre one, on one side had nothing to locate into. Which left it loose and useless. It works ok without it, but it wasn't what I paid for, and will mean that foot will be a little weaker and may break.I contacted the vendor and explained the problems and asked for spares/replacement parts. They replied incredibly quickly, but no spares as its a new product to them. I was offered a partial refund or return. I took the partial refund, the thought of dismantling, repackaging and then reassembling a new one was just too much. I know the longevity of the item will be reduced but that's OK. I would buy from this vendor again.

Amazing my wife was a little septic cause she loves the old style, but this one is fantastic you can go to the washing machine with it and hang the clothes straight away from there them just place them near the windows to dry.

When this arrived on opening the box to find numerous parts and reading the very detailed assembly instructions I was daunted at first and was on the verge of returning it! However my husband decided he would have a go with his limited DIY skills. Well it did take him an hour and a half to complete but I couldn't be more pleased with the assembled airer. I needed a new airer to take wet washing, bedding etc so not to use my tumble dryer too much and save money on electricity. The flimsy stick legs on my old airer had buckled with use and was collapsing! This one is first class quality, stainless steel hanging bars and a host of other useful features. I chose it because it has a flat base with castors. Also went for the 3 tier rather than the 4 tier as I am only 5ft tall! However it is plenty large enough for a whole family's weekly laundry. Thoroughly recommended so don't be put off by the complicated assembly as my husband said it was actually straightforward if you can follow the instructions in the form of diagrams!

bought this to alleviate clothes stand being left at various locations in housecafter wife ironed as to heavy to move once full. bought this as it has wheels and good size .Game changer, she can now roll ironed clothes into utility or any room of her liking with great ease!! We do have solid floors on ground floor so not sure on thick carpets !

Just what I needed. Able to space out things so they dry faster. It moves around easily when unfolded although is very unstable when wheels are folded in to put away.It's worth the money. Assembly was a bit long but was easy.
