Sadly, although this is described as being "Professional" it is far from that. Too many hair products use the word "Professional" to increase sales when they are simply very basic products.This is a basic hairdyer that has plenty of power that comes with heat and blow switches that are actually a little dogy. When pressing the blow awitch it skip the low level (I) and jumps straighjt to level two (II). To get level one I had to use slight pressure and jiggle the switch. That should not happen as it should be a strong connection that needs a little pressure to click the switch into the level I position and then another press to get it down to level II.The heat settings are good but using them also means one has to select the thrust of the air and I would not feel comfortable having to jiggle a switch on an electrical product whilst it is heating up.Going back to the "Professional" (not) issue. This product came with the hairdryer and accessories simply thrown into a cardboard box. The accessories were all loose and it doesn't even come with a storage bag never mind a storage case. Had this really been a "Professional" product then I would have expected a storage case so one can keep and add accessories. Keeping the accessories in one place means they don't get misplaced / lost.Given that this isn't what it is described as it does actually come with an item that does legally and honestly use the word "Professional". It comes with a comd that is produced by a top "Prfofessional" hairdressing brand that has been around for decades and both the names have no Xs or Zs within them.Overall this is an average copy of a genuine "Professional" product. The overall quality is average, it has dodgy switches and even the cord is not ratatable, like real "Professional" hairdryers have. I can't recommend this hairdryer but I do recommend the branded "Professional" comb that is supplied with it.

This compact hairdryer has all the usual features, it has three heat settings and two speed settings which you might expect to find on pretty much all devices these days. It also comes with several attachments which help concentrate or direct the airflow. They have been nice enough to include a comb and brush here too which basically gives you the complete drying and styling set in one box. My slight issue, aside from hating a product that advertises and brands itself as 'professional' which I always think makes it appear as though its trying too hard, is that all the stuff it comes with has nowhere to go except rolling loose around a drawer or back in the box. For all the stuff they did include, a bag (even a simple mesh one) would have been so useful to keep all the bits in.

I wouldn't say this is a top quality hairdryer but rather quite standard compared to others I've used before. It does look quite nice and arrives with an array of accessories but the quality of the hairdryer itself is mediocre.

Just tried my new hairdryer and I am really pleased with it! I mainly used it on the highest heat and wind setting and it dried my hair really quickly. I turned it down to a cooler setting to finish off. Hair feels smooth after using it. It comes with various different heads that I’ve yet to try out. Great that it comes with a brush and comb too! Delighted with it so far and look forward to trying out the other attachments.

This is a fantastic hairdryer for the price. It arrives with various accessories so you can dry your hair in multiple different ways such as using the diffuser, etc. It is not too heavy, and heats up immediately. Simple to use with clear switches and buttons. Arrived in a carrying box, well packaged.

This is a fairy decent hair dryer which gives off quite a good amount of heat for quicker drying. You get the usual attachments as is standard these days (not that I ever use them myself) as well as a brush and comb which is a nice touch. It's probably on a par with supermarket own brand offerings, at a slightly higher price than I'd expect to pay. Its still too early to tell how durable this is, but first impressions of the build quality seem good.
