Not sure if it’s the placebo effect but I am sure this has helped me. I feel less bloated and it’s help to regulate my movements … if you get the gist.Taste is not unpleasant, but also not the best (I bought the mango flavour). I use one of those coffee/milk frothers to mix it up and the texture is fine - no lumps. I recommend it with ice cold water.

So I bought this as people said there were no bits but mine is full of bits and tastes like I’m swallowing powder. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. That being said it tastes ok

I am not an avid reviewer but have to say, I purchased this for the first time back in January 2024 as a last ditch attempt for someone who gets ill constantly, and I have not been ill since. Not even a cold. I love the taste, I have it with grapefruit juice every morning, and you can easily stretch them to every six weeks. I cannot recommend this product enough!

I bought this product as my niece recommended it. Felt anaemic & exhausted, & suffer with constipation….I do eat lots of veg but hardly any meat. I find it hard to swallow tablets so thought I would give it a try. I bought the FS Greens, at first I just mixed it with oat milk & downed it, but the taste is pretty grim, my sisters been using it & makes her vomit lol, but I’ve made banana smoothies & mixed it into vegetable soup, it’s ok has a strong pea after taste, so I’m going to persevere.It’s definitely helped with my bloating but not the constipation, only been taking it for 10 days.Think I may try the mango one as not sure if I can stomach this for more than a month!
