    I really like this Colgate “Plaque Pro-release” toothpaste; it’s unlike any toothpaste I’ve used. Whilst most toothpastes are a smooth, soft gel, this paste has an almost grainy, gritty texture, which is not too aggressive but certainly noticeable. The first time I used it, I immediately felt that these grains were reaching places in my mouth that other toothpaste doesn’t clean. After using it, my teeth felt smoother, less plaque-y, and much cleaner than using other toothpastes. I’ve been using it for a month now, and it’s become my “go-to” in the bathroom. It’s a pack of 4, so I expect it to last me a decent amount of time.Another thing I really like about it is that the mint flavour isn’t too aggressive; it’s more subtle and pleasant and feels less clinical to taste. The downside I’ve found to this is that it doesn’t leave me with super fresh minty breath, so I often feel the need to combine my routine with mouthwash when brushing with this paste.I’ve only rated it down as I would’ve preferred it if these were 100ml tubes instead of 75ml which would’ve made it better value for money.

    This toothpaste arrived in a pack of 4.It’s a 75ml tube.Toothpaste taste nice and minty.Cleans well, and quite effective.

    This isn't the end all be all to your plaque reduction needs, so if you use this for 3-4 weeks and there is no noticeable change then I recommend seeing a professional (dentist). Through my experience with this product it does indeed help with plaque reduction so I would say that it is a quality product and worth the money; as for sensitivity the product doesn't aggregate/ affect my teeth or gums.

    Coming over from being a regular user of Colgate Sensifoam I've been very happy with this Plaque Pro Release as its very similar but it’s got a few more things I like about it.You still get that nice foaming action, but this toothpaste has a slight grittiness to it which I really like as you feel like its cleaning your teeth better and your mouth feels very fresh afterwards.The fresh mint flavour is just the right strength in my opinion, I don’t like it when its strong, but this tastes just minty enough without being overpowering or giving you that burning sensation.Overall, I’m more than happy to keep using this toothpaste and at around £3.50 per tube it’s a little more expensive than my usual one but it does feel a better-quality product so it’s still good value for money. I feel its easily worth the full five stars, buy with confidence!
