    Nac has established and growing evidence for its benefits as an antioxidant, supporting liver health and the excretion of toxins from the body. This formulation only has two additional ingredients: the capsule shell and brown rice flour, which is great and partly explains the higher price than some alternatives.

    For those unaware, NAC provides L-cysteine, which is a semi-essential amino acid that occurs naturally in the body. Semi-essential means that it can be produced by the body but not always as fast as the stores are depleted.As well as being great for detox purposes, this stuff can also do wonders for the immune system.From my own personal experience of using NAC, I've always found it beneficial to improve energy levels and it's helped to calm down inflammation (gym injuries).Previously, I have always used NAC in powder form in drinks so NAC capsules are new to me but I have no complaints. They're easy to swallow and they do the job.Another huge bonus for me personally is that NAC is excellent for clearing mucus and easing cold/hay fever symptoms. Do a quick bit of research and it won't take long to find it in cold remedies.Great product, works well for me. It's not a cheap supplement at £17.99 for a one month supply at the time of writing. However, for the positive effects I'm experiencing I have no hesitation in recommending.

    These capsules are small to medium sized, which are easy to swallow and come in a vegetable cellulose shell. It's packaged in a non see through plastic container. At 2 capsules per day it's only 1 months supply. This is quite expensive when compared to the many other brands out there but it claims it's purer than the other brands out there. As a lot of the other brands do not quantify the level of purity it's hard to say what you are getting with them. As they exactly quantify their ingredients and purity level I would argue that makes them more trustworth. So this appears like a trusted brand but you are paying a premium for it.

    This product is manufactured in the UK and GMP certified.According to the information provided, it is more potent than many NAC supplements.The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day, so this is only 30 days supply. The 2 capsules provides according to the packaging 1,3000MG of N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine. This must be a printing-error, and 1.3 grams (1300mg) is the correct amount.The capsules are relatively large, as they'd need to be to contain 650mg of NAC each, but they're not difficult to swallow.

    I had heard many good things about this supplement and therefore grabbed it to see for myself. Having taken them for a couple of weeks now the effect is good, but not worth the price for only months supply. If they were a lot cheaper then maybe they'd earn 5 stars but they just aren't worth it.
