    After a run I usually soak my feet in Epson Salts so I tried this. I sprayed the oil onto the soles of my feet and massaged them for a few minutes. It was less time consuming than a soak and was more relaxing. I will use this in conjunction with my soaks as I am not fully convinced after 2 uses

    This double pack of Magnesium oil in spray bottles is good value compared to buying singles. The oil is clear and light. It spreads over skin really easily ans is absorbed quickly. It does leave the skin with VERY SLIGHT tackiness but it is a very pleasant and cooling sensation. Skin feels very hydrated and I have definitely noticed a reduction in fine lines and dryness on my skin. I use it all over, face and all, on myself and my husband. We both love it. It can even be used as a natural deodorant mixed with water.One thing I have noticed is that it tastes sweet, and feels just like Glycerine on the tongue. Glycerine is a very cheap, natural skin conditioner so that is not a problem. It is just that Glycerine is not listed in the ingredients and the product is described as pure Magnesium brine. Brine would suggest salt water but there is no salty taste at all.However, I love this product, use it daily and can see the beneficial effects so I can recommend it.

    I already use Magnesium spray oil on my feet to help get a good night's sleep and it does seem to work so I decided to try this as my existing spray is about to run out.This spray is a handy size at 60ml (2.0 fl.oz) that can be kept on top of a bedside drawer unit or similar. It is oil so you do have to massage it well into your feet and even when you do, it does leave your feet feeling a bit on the greasy side. You can also feel a tingling sensation on your feet for a short time after application but this is not too uncomfortable and I find it goes away after a short time.The instructions mention that it can also be used as a deodorant when mixed with a quantity of water but I have not tried this so I don't know how effective or pleasant it is to use in this way.At £17.99 for two at the moment, it's isn't a bad deal and you do not need use a lot of it for each application so it should last quite a long time before it runs out.

    I am editing this review to reflect that having since ordered a set if magnesium spray by another brand I found the packages to be identical in everything but the brand name. This makes me question the magnesium content of something that is so mass produced.

    A clear, non scented oil that is super moisturising and easy to use/apply. The oil is quite thick but this adds to the feeling that this is a premium item that should last a long time.

    This magnesium spray is great. I use it every night and it helps me sleep better and wake up with higher energy levels. It does feel oily after application but the results are worth it. The spray also goes well with massages and helps soothe muscles better. It is handy sized so it can be placed on bedside tables or carried around when travelling. Overall, I’m satisfied with the results.
