    I decided to try this Magnesium Oil Spray because I’ve been dealing with muscle tension and trouble sleeping, and I’d heard good things about magnesium for relaxation. I liked the idea of a topical spray since it seemed easier than taking supplements, and I hoped it would help ease my achy feet after long days on them.The first time I used it, I applied it directly to my feet and calves after a particularly long day. I was surprised by how quickly it absorbed into the skin. It didn’t take much massaging for the oil to soak in, and I could feel my muscles starting to relax not long after. It’s a nice alternative to oral magnesium because it gets into the body faster, and I noticed a reduction in muscle cramps when I used it regularly.One thing I did notice, though, is that it can leave a bit of a sticky or salty residue on the skin after it dries. It’s not unbearable, but it does make me feel like I need to rinse it off after a while, especially if I’ve sprayed it on larger areas like my legs or back. If you have sensitive skin, it might cause a bit of tingling or itching at first, but that faded quickly for me. Still, I think it’s worth mentioning, as it might bother others more.I mainly used it in the evenings, and it really helped me wind down before bed. I don’t know if it’s just the magnesium or a placebo effect, but I found myself falling asleep faster and waking up feeling less stiff.     I got this because I had read a lot about it helping with improving sleep.Spray it on your feet before bed and it's supposed to help.I have to say I haven't noticed any change.I'm not saying it doesn't work but I haven't noticed any difference with my sleep quality.It's easy to use in a neat bottle. And the spray is very simple to use.The oil is only slightly greasy once applied but it doesn't take long to dry.I will keep using it and see what happens.
