This comes in a 60ml dark glass bottle with a dropper covered by a seal, all contained din a card box. The mullein Leaf extract is a dark green liquid, that stains the dropper, making it hard to read the measured making on the glass dropper. With the dropper empty a full squeeze and release of the bulb fills the dropper with just under 1ml, the highest marking on the dropper. I found the instructions, in the listing, on how much to take contradictory. However, the instructions on the box are much clearer, stating “Add two full droppers to 8oz water or under the tongue for faster absorption. Wait for detox to begin signaled by productive cough. Limit to two doses daily.” This makes far more sense. So, for test purposes, I tried a few drops under the tongue and then 2 full droppers in 8oz of water (a glass of water). The liquid under the tongue tasted pleasantly sweet and very slightly botanical. The 2 full droppers in 8oz of water, turned the water slightly green and it tasted of just water. From now on I will just do the 2 droppers under the tongue, as it is more convenient and tastes nicer. At the time of testing, I had started with a slight cough/cold. I did notice that the cough loosened and disappeared allowing me to breath much easier. Whether this was due to the Mullein or it would have gone that way anyway, I have no way of telling. However, this seems a good product for those wanting to try Mullein Leaf Extract.

I did look up Mullein Leaf Extract before i agreed to take some for review and i've found it easy to administer under the tongue, rather than mix with water.I have a small selection of supplements i use in drop form, which i really like and it also offers a high absorbency as well, which is important to me.Whilst the flavour doesnt linger, it might not be to everyone's liking, but with the claimed benefit to help lungs and breathing, it's something i have found helpful and am using daily.I feel its effectiveness is not immediate, you do need to take it regularly for some time to see results.If you’re after a natural way to support your respiratory health, these mullein leaf drops are worth considering.Very easy to incorporate into a routine and the convenient sized bottle and dropper means it wont take up too much space and is handy enough to keep with you, for travelling purposes for example.Easy to follow instructions and clear labelling are the final points that i like about this product.Overall very happy

Haven't been using product that long. They state with first use, there will be a slight cough and there was. I think I had a reaction at the start, stopped taking it for about 2 weeks and restarted again and there isn't an issue. So hopefully this will do as it say. The taste is extremely sweet.

As a vine reviewer I am not allowed to claim that any supplement, medicine etc has helped me. This makes it very difficult for me to give you what I call a full and honest review. So I will try to help you by saying that there are a lot of natural things out there - herbs etc, which can help you if you match them to the right problem. There is a website you can check out called earth clinic which tells you which natural thing helps which ailment, and there is masses of choice of things to buy on here. The sales pitch for this is correct in saying it is for lungs. But you do need to give it some time and take it regularly and often to see results.
