    This science kit is a lot of fun! It’s a great way to spend time with kids, and they love doing the experiments together. It can get messy, but that's part of the fun! With 90 experiments, it will keep us entertained for a long time.

    This box will appeal to children who have an interest in science (and will be great fun for adults to also get involved). It contains the vast majority of what you need to undertake 90 experiments (utensils and ingredients); there are some items that you'll need to source but they're on the whole things that any household would have (ie bowl, tissue paper as well as vinegar, detergent, milk, dishwashing liquid). In the box I got the sodium alginate container's top had come undone and contents were all over; luckily they're like white sugar strands and so I was able to return them to the bottle. The booklet with the experiments gives instructions with illustrations as well as an explanation about the chemistry/physics process at play. There are typos, letters/words or punctuation missing and the English is occasionally not clear. Also the name given to the ingredient in the booklet may be different to what's been printed on the actual label (ie 'rainbow candy' and 'colourful skittles' respectively). There are plenty of warnings to ensure children's safety. The cardboard box which contains all the ingredients has large illustrations in vibrant colours and opens like a suitcase with a plastic handle. Made in China. It features the contact details of the manufacturer together with those of their UK and EU representatives alongside the UKCA and CE logos which usually means that the product is suitable for sale in/meets the requirements of those countries.

    My kids love science but most of all they love it when the parents spend some time doing activities with them.This is a great way to spend that precious time with them. I loved how excited my kids got while watching the experiments.The kit has everything that you need and comes with a 50 experiment booklet. The experiments are easy to follow and work really well. Just be careful with quantities when setting up and my daughter used a bit to much on one meaning we didn't have enough materials.The box is nicely packaged and at £15.99 I think very good value for money.Some of the experiments are messy but that adds to the fun.

    We rated this set with 5 stars as personally I think that it has been lots of fun and a great way to teach children interesting facts.This is a very busy set, busy in a good way and the quality isn’t bad either :)Everything looks very colourful and many different experiments to do!The instructions are clear and with an adult help this can be a great family time :)Good value value for money for sure.

    This kit has a good variety to it. So far we haven’t been able to try everything as our son isn’t old enough for all of it but what we have used has been really fun.In particular the long slime strings you can make are great. I kept making blobs but your son could do it much better.The quality of the kit is overall very good. There enough of everything you need and the instructions are clear. For the price it does seem like you get quite a lot. We’re happy with it.

    This is a good quality comprehensive science experiment kit. It comes nicely boxed and would make a good present Some of the pictures in the advert are misleading- there are no fancy flasks and beakers just what is laid out in the last picture. . The beakers, test tubes and spoons that you do get are reasonable quality- this is after all only a toy. All the chemicals are safely packed and labelled. There is a 50 page booklet with instructions of how to conduct the experiment and the scientific reasoning behind it. That's one experiment per page. At £12.99 this works out at 25p per experiment and it will keep your child occupied for hours. Good value would receommend.
