A bit thicker than I expected and arrived set to Spanish (including the predictive text) so had to sort that out first. The transfer of data and programs from the old A41 went largely OK although a few items were missing. Back up your data first then begin the transfer to avoid this. The phone was for my wife so there was the usual 'This isn't in the right place' and 'why is that icon different?' and why isn't the notification sound the same?' and so on (and on, and on, and on) but after a few hours, managed to get the 'Oh stop messing with it, I'll put up with it' comment and the long sigh that is so well known to married men.
1.0 out of 5 stars Supplied with Indian Lock. No Warrenty/auto updates or many Apps.
This was supplied by Bolo Supplier. It was manufactured in India, with Regional Lock stating Sim had to be purchased in India. Contacting Samsung I was told it did not have any warranty, no automatic Updates or many of the apps would not work. No mention on web that it was anything other than a UK phone. Supplier said they provided a two year warranty, but agreed many Appa - including my necessary Medical app would not work. Happy Frog 2011 (the Bolo supplier} said they do not provide a UK version of this phone. No warning on site or packing slip of this. No warning on phone box - only on slip when security tabs torn and label in box then visible. Returned in disgust

I had seen a review that cited this as a problem, but hoped that all the more positive reviews might be more representative of my experience. Sadly not as it's an Indian SIM card model only. If you have an Indian SIM card apparently if you make a minimum of 5 minutes call from it you can then change to another card. Unfortunately I don't have one. So this explains why this discontinued model is still available cheaply on the UK! I should have known!

Does not function properly. No NFC capability so certain apps don't work on it.
Surprisingly good phone (Not a typical user situation)
Long story short, I needed an unlocked phone for a trip to France. This was relatively inexpensive and had good reviews, so I got it. I ended up being very happy with this phone. The French sim card (Orange service) worked perfectly throughout our travel and this 6GB ram version was responsive, reliable and had great battery life. NFC capability allowed perfect "tap to purchase" everywhere. I used my Pixel for photos since Pixel cameras are really some of the best available, but otherwise the A15 was nearly perfect for "phone things" and navigation. The only negative for me was limited screen brightness outdoors. The screen could be brighter in full sun situations.This phone is really hard to beat for the price. Highly recommended!
Best Phone for the Price
This phone way outperforms any other at this price point. Super satisfied with features, reliability and ruggedness. Great starter phone for someone who is just learning technology. Battery lasts quite a while.
Great phone, Lousy Prime Shipping
I give the phone 5 stars. It's great and connected easily to my network. Reasonably priced through the vendor. Perfect for my son traveling internationally.0 stars for shipping that was handled by Bolo. 2 day prime shipping. Ordered Sept 29th, delivered Oct 12th. It took contacting them to get it this soon (5 days after contact) or I'd be waiting until the 16th. Unacceptable. I'm a patient person but, this was needed in a timely manner as promised.

My aunt really liked it, for regular users (browse, social media, regular photos, watch videos) is great! And the price was good as well. Phone came as advertised, kudos for the vendor
