It’s very effective at removing mould and as also kept it away. It’s super easy to use and it’s value for money.

Works well initially but the mould came back
5.0 out of 5 stars Does the job well
I was recommended this by a friend who had tried everything (as have I) to get rid of black mould. Easy to use and did the job perfectly. Mould hasn’t returned either. Used in bathroom left overnight and wiped off in the morning. Will definitely be using this on a small patch of mould on a window elsewhere in the house.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cleans without the strong fumes
Great product! Easy to use.It does still have a slight bleach smell, but certainly not as strong as other mould removers and can be used in smaller rooms without struggling to breath.Simply apply, wait and clean off and the mould is gone. The down side for us was that we needed a bigger bottle as have a large area that needed doing (2 square metres). This is ideal for a smaller area.It is a gel and definitely works better left as a gel, rather than spreading with the brush. I had to buy some more as got through the bottle quickly.
3.0 out of 5 stars Not great on porous surfaces
This arrived as two boxes in the pack, so that’s 300ml total for just under fifteen pounds. There is a lot of clutter in each box – an application/removal brush, a small microfibre cloth, a nozzle with a screw top and a sealed plastic bag (see image). The instructions on the rear of the box do not explain what these are for beyond the brush scrubbing the gel away after it has dried.Like most people I have some mould in the corner of my bathroom ceiling. I want to kill the mould before I repaint it. The instructions require a well-ventilated and dry workspace which seems unlikely as mould only exists in the polar opposite conditions! Having quickly swapped the standard cap with the screw-on nozzle I applied a chunk of the gel directly to the mould using the soft head of the brush (see image). It was sticky enough to cling to the ceiling and didn’t run. I left it to dry for eight hours. There was a whiff of bleach but no strong nor noxious odours. I would suggest you can do without the additional ventilation unless you are using huge amounts of it. The excess gel was easily washed off the brush with cold water. After eight hours the gel had absorbed into the ceiling. I used the brush to try and rub off any remaining powder but with little effect. I then wiped the area with a damp cloth. I’ve added before and after images. There seems to be relatively little difference. The little bit of mould on the nearby sealant had gone but I’m not convinced the stuff on the ceiling is dead.In summary, this stuff is OK on shiny/gloss/solid surfaces.

4.0 out of 5 stars It works
I used this on moldy grout in the bathroom. I left it on for 12 hours and it worked. It isn't an overpowering smell of bleach either. It did the job.
