    The insulation is amazing—it keeps my hot coffee warm for a long time without burning my hands, and it also works wonders for iced drinks, keeping them cool without condensation on the outside of the glass. It’s perfect for year-round use! The heat resistance is truly impressive. I've tested the mugs with both piping hot tea and icy cocktails, and they handle the temperature extremes flawlessly.One of the things that stands out is the handmade quality of the mugs. The craftsmanship is clear, and I appreciate the attention to detail. The mugs are lightweight and easy to grip, with a comfortable handle size that makes them perfect for daily use. The fact that they are dishwasher and microwave safe is a huge bonus, though I personally prefer hand washing to ensure they last even longer. The packaging is lovely too, which makes this set a perfect gift for coffee lovers, or for special occasions.Overall, these mugs are everything I was hoping for—beautiful, functional, and durable.     I've had a set of 2 double walled glasses before, only without handles, and I ended up breaking both of them. I couldn't remember how I've done it though, until I got these ones.The set came in a box that can be used for gifting. It's not the prettiest I've seen, but it's ok.The packaging of glasses to prevent breaking in transport was very good though.Both glasses look really nice. The actual glass is smooth and transparent as you would have expected. What I didn't expect is how lightweight they are. It should be positive, but it feels odd. It also reminded me that this was the reason I broke the other glasses. While empty, they are so light that you barely touch them and they will fall over, roll and fall on the floor. Well perhaps not these ones, as these ones have handles! You'd think it's not a necessity with double walled glasses - they should keep the temperature of the outside glass neutral. And they do a pretty good job there. I guess having the handle can make it a bit more comfortable to hold. But it's very thin - makes me wonder if it breaks one day.Overall this is the feeling I get with these glasses - I get almost paranoid not to hit them with anything. They really feel like they could crack in an instant!As mentioned - they don't get hot (just mildly warm), so they are comfortable to hold in your hand. They do a standard job however with keeping the temperature of whatever's inside the glass. With the top of the glass open there's no way it will hold on to the temperature for much longer than a typical glass…Looking at the price I'm again slightly disappointed. It seems a bit high for a set of two glasses. With £18 they are definitely not the cheapest out there. I'll be generous giving them 4 stars here as they look nice and you can hold them in your hands even with boiling coffee inside. I doubt they're dishwasher-safe though - and the manufacturer confirmed that by saying hand washing is recommended!Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

    very nice looking and feeling espresso cups which comes as set of 6.very nicely packaged and can easily be used as a gift.being hand-made makes it much valuable imho and if you check carefully you will see/feel it's handcrafted. but very precisely and nicely.being bpa-free and heat resistant makes it durable but will see during usage. from first impressions and usage i can say looks durable enough, but will see in time.the cups are double walled which in between 2 walls it's empty so this makes each cup very lightweight and very easy to hold and carry.overall very nice hand crafted set of 6 and i would definitely recommend.
