    This is a really nice product. Bought to replace one of those microwavable heat packs, and this is definitely a massive improvement!The cord is a decent length, so you don't need to be sat right up against a plug. The timer function is handy, as is the variable heat level (1-9). I will say that I would like it to get warmer, but this is just me - my partner finds setting 5 to be just right. Nice weight, nice fit, soft to the touch. Overall it's a great buy and definitely provides some relief and comfort, especially if you work from home and find yourself hunched over a computer all day!

    Neck & shoulder warmer arrived and is exactly as described. On the PLUS SIDE the HAND CONTROL on the mains cable (to the electrical wall socket) was EXCELLENT offering several different levels of heat and variations. On the MINUS SIDE there are 2 MAIN ISSUES I would highlight: 1) that if/when sitting at home say watching TV and you wish to go and make a cup of tea or go get a glass of wine or whatever, it is necessary to UNWRAP the WARMER and REMOVE IT COMPLTELY from your shoulders to move to another room as there is no intermediate cable connector which would allow you to disconnect leaving the warmer on your shoulders whilst leaving the socket & main cable plugged in: surely a simple matter to resolve at very modest cost. 2) it is QUITE HEAVY at 2.2 Kg (?) which would be OK IF IT WAS CAPABLE OF BEING LEFT ON - I.E WORN AS NORMAL - with no "dangling" cable I.E. WHILST UNPLUGGED FROM THE ELECTRICITY SOCKET - as described above).Another point - neither a plus or a minus - is that it is quite thick: very much suited to say use whilst seated for quite a while in a semi-heated room but possibly a little too thick for some peoples taste, especially in light of the lack of an intermediate connector on the cable (item 1) above).ALL THINGS CONSIDERED IT STILL SEEMS LIKE A DECENT WELL-MADE PRODUCT (pity about the lack of a an intermediate cable connector).

    I use this to relax my shoulders and help me relive tension headaches, I love the way it heats up quickly, and have only used the first 3 heat settings so far, but they have been very effective for me. The timer works well and auto-shutoff is great. It is comfortable, soft, very easy to use and comes with clear safety instructions,

    This is a fantastic piece of kit if you struggle with neck or shoulder pain. It feels soft and snuggly and even on a low heat, it kicks out a decent heat. The cable is a different cent length to reach from the plug socket to my chair and the controller kis easy to use. It is a good weight to make it feel like it's doing a good job.

    well made it's quite heavy but that's a good thing as it sit well on shoulders and transfer the heat much better . have found it helps with pain in neck and shoulders has a number of heat settings and a timer Itsof very good quality and should last well . I certainly recommend

    I bought this after receiving a shoulder injury and it's been invaluable as it's the only thing that helps with the pain. It's different heat levels are great, sometimes I like 9, and sometimes 9 is too warm and 5 or 6 is perfect. It is not too heavy and is nice and soft. The only way it could be better is if it was cordless.

    This has been a life saver for me, I had a pinched nerve in my back and heat had helped the muscles to relax and release the nerve. Taken over 5 weeks but the heat from this really helped with the pain and recovery. The neck part doesn't get very warm but as you can see from the infrared image there are far less heat wires in that part.There are plenty of heat wires throughout, the settings on the remote go up to 9 heat settings and the auto timer goes up to 9 hours, the remote has a backlight so you can see the settings in the dark. The buttons are not lit though so you can't see them in the dark, although there are only 3 so it's easy to remember.

    I was down in my back going on 1 week. Decided maybe a wearable heating pad or back support belt would help. I had used the disposable heating packs and an electric pad, ice, and TENS unit but needed someone more. Starting researching and came across this item. Being desperate for relief and to return to normal life I decided to order this. Received the next day, charged unit and easily uploaded Bluetooth. I thought Bluebooth connection was a little over the top UNTIL I started using it. I can just operate from my phone without having to try and reach around to the side. Did not know what a huge difference this would make but it has. Not only is it a great heating pad/massager but a great back support when unit is turned off. I have worn it for 3 days. It is comfortable, not hot and gives stable back support when walking, sitting, bending or lying down. I have given so much detail because I want someone else who may be experiencing as much pain as I to find a quality product, quick relief without all the research. I know $69.99 is an expense but it is well worth the sacrifice. I do use the extender belt and it works perfectly. Wishing you relief quickly.

    Really enjoying this product. It's comfortable (not awkward/painful to lay upon), a good-size (bigger than most common heating pads, but not HUGE), and warms up relatively quickly (not IMMEDIATELY, but fairly fast).The auto-shut off/timer feature is particularly useful for me... Makes me feel more comfortable falling asleep with it on.I do wish the hottest settings got a bit hotter, but that's a relatively small complaint about an otherwise great product.I'd put it at 4.5/5 stars, so rounding it up to 5 stars.

    Perfect size for back use or even on my stomach. I can’t believe how fast it heats up…literally can feel the heat within seconds! The soft fabric is comfortable and it helps with forming to your body (I used to have the “old style” heating pad that was a stiff plastic and had the cloth cover). This is like the Cadillac of heating pads! The 9 setting temperature control is a definite plus as well as the timer control. I don’t know how many times I’d forget to shut my old one off and two days later it’s be on still 😳, so to have this option is definitely beneficial for me.All in all I give this product a 5 star review and would recommend to others.

    Pros:Heats up pretty fast to 67°C (152°F). You can get it to fit really snug around you. Vibration is ok, but I got it purely for portable heat. It is a bit bulky but well padded around the edges.Cons:Placement of the power and controls is awkward. It’s on the left side where your arm rests. I have had to check it repeatedly because I’ve accidentally shut it off several times. This also makes the status lights difficult to see for women because their breast get in the way, especially if they’ve got larger breasts.The app sucks big time. There’s no way to convert the temperature. It’s in Celsius.It’s extremely small print on a white background that does not change even if your phone is in dark modeThere is a place where you can supposedly ask a question but it’s useless.There is evidently a message indicator with a message that welcomes you that you cannot open, and the alert never goes awayThe Bluetooth repeatedly has to get reconnected. I don’t have a problem with any other device connecting by Bluetooth so it’s the item. FYI, am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max.I’ve Had the device for less than a day. I will come back and edit this after a few days of use. These are just my first impressions.Edit: I am returning this heating pad due to the cons listed.
