This is a very well made item, it is metal with a nice dial motion and an included case to store it in. It charges via USB C which is great, super easy to charge.The device itself comes with some needle cartridges but you will have to buy more in the long term to keep using it, and they are custom format ones. You attach the needle array to the top, and can adjust the length between 0.25mm and 2.5mm, and then you can turn it on and watch the needles move in and out at speed. You then can run it over your skin and whilst it does not hurt at all, it more tickles, it does feel weird.It does seem to redden the skin, and then applying cream with the increased surface area does seem to have some effect. Not a massive effect, but an effect.I am not sure the benefits are worth the hassle, but if you think they are, then you won't be dissapinted with this derma pen. IT works perfectly well, and it feels really premium in th hand, and premium to use too. A great item, if it is what you need.

This is a well made device, heavy and robust. comes in a nice sturdy hard case, that makes it decent to carry about and store safely together.Comes with multiple additional adaptors and was easy to use. The lower star score is due to lack of instructions and not being able to figure this out without some research online.The effects after 1 month does not show major changes yet, I will however keep using to see if this does work.All in all a good quality product, nicely made and does the job it’s meant too.

Its very difficult to review this Derma Pen because its effects takes time, but on first impressions the equipment itself seems robust and decent quality, it comes with multiple attachments and is wireless so no trailing cables. Sadly the instructions are pretty non existent so some searching on the web is needed and information is out their on the website but should really come with the product. So far so good easy to use once you have done your research but effects as yet are not apparent.

It’s too early to say if this is having an impact on my skin and wrinkles but so far it feels like my skin is a bit smoother. I hope I am using it correctly as the instructions could do with being a bit more detailed but otherwise it’s a good piece of kit. According to my Daughter who is a Skin Expert this device has many names most commonly a Dermaroller.It supposedly improves the look of fine lines and wrinkles and aids the absorption of any Skin Preparations you may wish to apply.It also tightens Skin and helps reduce the appearance of Acne Scars.... is there nothing it can't do I wonder ?Trouble is of course it can't do anything overnight, it takes time to show any results unsurprisinly.Sadly the operating instructions are scant to say the least so you have to do your research to find out the best way of using it.For the asking price it's not bad value considering some of these little Microneedling devices can cost hunderds.If you are into Dermarolling or are interested in such treatments here's an inexpensive way to dip your Toe in.
