I’ve been suffering with a sore elbow for a while so I jumped at the chance to try this out. I opted for the medium, but probably should have gone for large as it’s just a bit too tight for comfort. That said, I cannot fault the quality of the product, it’s really good for the price. I imagine it would have given decent support if I had opted for the right size!

I have sporadic pain when carrying stuff with my left arm. This support is sufficient to give more confidence when carrying heavier items which is when I usually get the problem. It seems to reduce the problem but could be psychological impact as well. I don't leave it on for long periods but for duration up to about an hour it's fine. Size is important so do measure up before buying.

Stream lined. Fitted and supportive without being bulky and limiting. I am having to use it during a weight training class so use it under a t shirt and there is no issue with this. Could easily be worn for other sports as well and under more clothes or base layers. Easy to wash and re fit, size appears to be retained with a snug fit, but I am a petit woman so I am unsure how this would fit on a larger man for example. Happy with it and also like the aesthetic as does not look too 'bandage like' in a yucky way. Thank you!

I guessed rather than measured my arm, as I am the one with the bad elbow.I however guessed incorrectly - I am a 5'4" size|14/16 female and this was too big for me, it was comfortable and kept my elbow warm but didn't provide any compression.I press ganged my husband to act as a model, for him it fit (even if not wearing in quite the right position LOL) it provided compression and also felt comfortable.If you are careful and select the correct size by measuring as instructed I think this will provided good support.

The materials are quite good and you feel the support from the first repetition.Be mindful with the size. I ordered once an M and it was quite tight. I ordered L now and fits perfect: not loose, not tight.Highly recommended!
