5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Product - Great Value - A few tweaks and options could be a market leader
After altering an R and G single sided stand with rotacaster wheels for my ducati to fit in a tight space I thought I would look round for a ready made one to save quite a lot of work and time for my new Daytina 675r with bobbins. The Australian built Dynamoto stand is an excellent option but the price is just not justifiable here in the uk. I also looked at the new 360 degree one from Oxford products which was on the list as a possible well constructed option but came across the Grand Pitstop Option by chance and it looked well constructed and supplied by Bolo so if it was rubbish i could send it back. It arrived today and I am super impressed by the build quality ease of putting it together and the finish. Less than half the price of some of the other less well built options I researched. I have to give it 5 stars because for the price point and build I think it deserves it - there are a few tweaks and options that would in my opinion make it a market leader -1. with the current castor set up it works fine on very flat even ground - I think a slight increase in castor size it would be more beneficial for those with rougher concrete floor garages could be an option when purchasing2. There is still slight twist in the uprights and although bolted together with a single m8 bolt each side and sturdy I think there could be a better way of really making this with no twist at all - I assume its bolted rather than one piece for packaging and shipping purposes - still loads better than my R and G elevation stand which has loads of twist due to plastic inserts3. a nice inexpensive touch on some other models is some rubber protectors on the hooks save damaging the paintwork whilst getting it on the stand - I've made my own from heavy duty shrink wrapIn summary for £75 quid a bargain for a sturdy stand and even if you had to buy slightly bigger castors and fit them it would still work out cheaper than some other offerings.

Great bit of kit, well made and easy to use, the medium I ordered was just at the weight limit for my use, used to work on Triumph Thunderbird, 220 kgs, if you have a heavier bike you will have to order the larger item , also look at the tyre width , but a very useful tool ,

The media could not be loaded. I bought this so I could clean my chain and sprockets on my ninja 650 which runs on 160/60/17 tyres.I did look at paddock stands to start with but this seemed cost and space efficient.As the title says the device works for me.Was easy enough to get the bike on and did not slip (my garage floor is not the smoothest). Though the tight fit did leave me anxious at first. I wheeled the bike backwards onto it as per the paper it comes with, but the box suggests you can push it on forwards (have not tried yet, it might be easier)The wheel turns easy enough as can be seen in the video.Word of caution the device is not very wide so if you run with wider than 160 tyres you may not fit properly. See pics.

I took a punt buying this roller device to allow me to clean and lube my motorbike's chain. It was cheaper than a paddock stand obviously, but I thought I would give it a go.The rubber pad under the rollers is substantial and I never had an issue with it slipping when rolling the bike's back wheel on to the rollers. I did have to give it a few goes initially to line the wheel up perfectly, since if it is sat at any angle other then square-on, when you feed the rear wheel to clean the chain the wheel works its way to the edge of the rollers! Not good.When you do perfect the alignment, you still have to feed the wheel (and seemingly much of the bikes weight) over the rollers. In hindsight, this was always going to be a challenge, but whilst the rollers are smooth, they are not frictionless obviously and still have to take the rear-end wait!After a few attempts I gave in and bought a paddock stand for my bike - the bike's rear end is fully supported leaving you to concentrate on actually cleaning the chain.

Great bit of kit, makes life easier to clean and lubricant the chain on my new BMW GS 900. My new bike only has a side stand so save messing around with a paddock stand for the front and back all I need to do is roll the bike over onto the rollers and rotate the wheel by hand, easy. I would recommend this over others because it’s got tapered rollers so the tyre sits in place without moving.

I bought this for my aprillia rs50 to help with rear wheel and chain care however when on the bikes built in stand and the product the rear wheel slides left/right as you take advantage of the roller wheel function to work on the wheel or chain. I found placing an old plank of wood under the kickstand helps to reduce the amount the wheel slides left/right, however the wheel slides still when on the stand. Still really great product just not so useful on motorcycles with smaller wheels.

I have a lowered NC750s and am having major issues with the length of the side stand which is now way too long. 99.9% of the time it's perilously perched at an almost upright position on the side stand (centre stand useless now)and the final straw came at a little village petrol station when a gust of unexpected wind blew her right over and down she went. Despite the fact there are numerous telescopic stands out there, none of them accommodate the stand sensor which is an absolute must for DCT bikes as it wreaks havoc if not working as it should..I purchased this marvelous piece of kit to use primarily as a temporary support when I need her to stay securely vertical for very short while so not only do I have it to do maintainance but also have an extra bit of piece of mind knowing that I haven't got to pick her hefty weight back up off the floor . So far, even though its being used in its alternate capacity and maybe not what it's been designed for ,its an absolute godsend and is very sturdy,solid and secure and small enough to be carried with ease....very impressed
Great compact stand for 2020 KTM Adventure 390
This is cheaper and much smaller to store than a regular motorcycle lift. I used this to entirely remove the back wheel from my 2020 KTM Adventure 390 last weekend with no help from another person. I can fit this into rear bag on my bike easily to take along on rides. The folding function is more for storage than for when putting the stand into place. Here’s the strategy that works best. Put a 2x4 or something under the kickstand just to get the bike to as close to vertical as possible. Next, lock the steering and then apply the Velcro wrap to the front brake lever. That holds the front tire stationary. Now, with the front tire holding in place and the kickstand down, move to the back end of the opposite side of the bike. Unfold the lift lever (the thing you are thinking about buying) and hold it in your right hand as you push on the top of the seat or panniers to get the back tire off the ground. Finally, place the stand under the swing arm and as vertical as possible so it doesn’t slide against the ground (the included rubber pad helps a lot on concrete). Done this way it was stable enough for me to put the back wheel entirely off and then place it back onto the bike with no assistance from anyone. Now, I must add that this stand unfortunately won’t help much when doing work on the front end of the bike, whereas a regular bike stand will, but for the price and portability this option suited me.Well, that’s about all I have to say about that.
Fits most bike rear stands
Product arrived well packaged in zipper storage bag. Stand attachment with rubber pads pivot when installed in the stand. Everything seems to be well made and rugged.
Works for my use, well.
I use this to put my CB300R up and move it around to get the kids ride-ons out or other bike etc. CB300 is a light bike but it's so solid I will use this for my GSX-S750 as well. Seems legit, time will tell.
Anti slip pads useless
Stand would not hold bike up properly. anti slip pads were useless. Very disappointed.
Works as intended.
No problems, seems very sturdy.
