    Fairly easy to set up and by the second day I seem to have mastered all the controls.I use earphones a lot and it's easy to switch from TV to earphones without having to plug and unplug them each time, which I had to do with my old telly.I also have Sky Q, which it is easy to switch to. The only niggle is that although I can control Sky with my Sky remote, the volume and mute buttons on it don't work and I have to use the telly remote. Hopefully I'll find a way of resolving this.Otherwise, a great 50 inch smart TV for £399.

    I bought this tv for my elderly mum who is blind so that she could use the voice control settings however it transpires that the app needed to use that option is american and not available in the uk and Panasonic were unable to resolve it. Its still a good TV but I've had to purchase a doro remote so that she can use it.

    Bought this as its the best Freely tv out there at the moment. But that doesn't mean much. Lower quality Panasonic tvs are made by Vestel kin Turkey. So it's a Panasonic by name only. Picture quality is inferior to my Samsung. Less features than you'd expect from a Smart TV, but it is cheap!One benefit of using WiFi only mode is you get better quality picture than the equivalent SD freeview feed for sd only channels.It's a big shame it's not as clever as as freeview play though.

    I was very surprised that this tv had to be sent straight back. It had no WiFi driver. Very disappointing as I had bought this for my mother who isn’t good with setting up things and we had paid someone to go there just to do this for her.
