I chose these slipper socks for my partner. They are available in “solid” or “striped”. I chose the Solid colours as they are a little more conservative for him indoors.The socks arrive vacuum packed, and once you cut the package open it immediately bounces into life.The socks feel amazing - so soft and snuggly – very similar to teddybear fleece.My main reason for getting them for him is because he’s not as young as he used to be, and when he gets up in the night for a bathroom visit, I worry about him a) slipping on the bathroom floor and b) putting his cold feet on me when he returns from walking on the cold bathroom tiles !These socks have been fabulous as they keep his feet warm in bed, and the non-stick dots are perfect on our tiled bathroom floor. He doesn’t like the elastic being too tight on socks, but these have been ideal. He has even been wearing a pair downstairs in the evening instead of his usual slippers.Working out at just £2.40 per pair, these socks are not only great value, but great quality too. Plus, I no longer have to endure his cold feet on me ! I also have a confession – I've pinched a pair for myself and they are lovely! So, for any men out there buying these – your wife/partner may well have her eye on them too !

These are 5 pairs of soft fluffy comfortable socks - in 5 different colours.The material is stated (in the Bolo listing) to be 'velvet'. However, velvet is a weave, not a material.I eventually found the details on the card which came with the socks : 98% Polyester / 2% Spandex.The fluff is quite thick, but the fabric still feels like the thickness of a standard sock.The sole of the foot has rubber dots, for extra grip. It may also impart some extra wear & tear resistance.If you are walking in the socks on a firm floor (wooden / tiled), then you do feel the rubber dots on the sole.This will bother some people more than others. Given the choice, I think I would prefer the dots not to be there.The main point of distinction between these and other socks is their 'looseness'...They are quite lax, and you almost feel as if they are not there at all.The range of foot sizes the socks are designed for is quite large : Sizes 5 - 11.I do suspect that the socks will be too loose for people at the smaller end of the scale.I'm at the upper end of that size scale, so the socks feel OK on me.In general, the socks are warm and comfortable on me. I'm happy with them.

I ordered these fluffy slipper socks for my partner, since I was looking for something a bit more comfortable and soft for the winter.So far, he seems to really like them. At first, he found them to be a bit thin and noticed the feel of the sole grips. He even noted that it was like walking on bean bag beans!But he has since gotten used to the feel and finds them to be very comfortable overall.One of the above images only shows four pairs of socks, but I did receive the five pairs, he was wearing one of them!One image shows the sock fit, of my own foot wearing the socks as a size 6 these still fit well but my partner is a size 8 and they do fit him perfectly.Overall, warm and comfy socks.

I got these socks because I needed some warmer socks to wear during these colder months and I wasn't disappointed, yet was a little surprised.Each pair of socks is really soft and do a great job of keeping your feet warm, though I was surprised when I put them on as they feel as if they will be thicker when you wear them. This isn't a negative thing for me, but it is worth noting that they aren't the thickest socks out there. The grips on the soles do their job fine and haven't had any issues slipping on surfaces.The reason I stated above that I was a little surprised is because the socks are rated to fit up to a UK size 11, but as someone who is closer to a UK size 12, they fit me perfectly and they don't feel tight or restrictive. Huge bonus points here.

I ordered these slipper socks for my partner who loves to walk barefoot in the house. She only wears slippers when the winter is at its coldest and the tiled, and wooden, floors are too much to bare even for her. She uses these thermal socks over another pair and from what she tells me they are very comfortable. She thinks that the anti slip grips, being flat, are better that other brands she has tried before. The rubber makes them safe around the house. She's not a 'girly girl' so she's happy about the design and colour. Recommended.

Ordered these as the weather is on the turn, and I wanted something a bit more casual and comfy than slippers for lounging around the house. Spotted these and decided to take a punt. The item arrived vacuum sealed within an inch of it's life (why do retailers do this??) and once opened and left for them to expand back into their shape, I was impressed.The socks are super fluffy and warm with small rubber dots on the underside to give grip (not sure how long they will last). The fit is excellent and really kept feet warm during a recent cold snap.. Also, given they are a multi pack, the rest in the house have now grabbed a pair each and are enjoying "toasty feet". Price break is excellent for the product and I have been blown away by the quality of the item. Great value for money and highly recommended.
