I've noticed lately that I am a bit picky with my pens and that is because they either write too thick, they feel like dragging on the paper when writing or even scratching.These pens have all of the characteristics I am looking for when choosing my pen, they have a thin writing and easily glide on the paper so I can have a relaxed wrist when writing for fluent and easy motion without hurting.They have an elegant aspect as well and can easily be used when wearing formal outfits in an elegant office.I'm not sure why they are described as pens for women as I'm sure a man can use a pen like this without any issues.The pens are light, are easy to hold and the fact that they come with spare refills makes them even more desirable.

I’m always losing pens, both cheap and expensive. I haven’t a clue where they all end up but I do know I can never find one when I need one. This set of two look smart enough to gift, as they do come in a very elegant box. However, they’re keepers! My handwriting is appalling but somehow these pens make it look so much neater as they write beautifully and are so comfortable in the hand. You get two refills for your money (£16.99) too so they’re an economical solution to the Mystery of the Missing Pens. I think I’m going to hide them, but I just need to remember where . . .

The pens arrived in a lovely presentation box along with two refills. Both are nice muted colours, one dark red and the other dark green, with gold coloured accessories, such as the clip and retracting button. They are easy to grip without any effort and the diameter of the barrels I found quite comfortable. They deliver a nice, even line of black ink that is an even 0.5mm in width, although this has a little variation when the pen is used at more of an angle or at a fast speed.They really excelled for me in the writing experience. I found them immensely smooth to use, simply gliding over the paper as if it wasn't there. I have a couple of high end pens and don't get the same smoothness from them as I experienced with these. If you are looking for a superior writing experience, that is effortless and comfortable I can recommend these pens.Due to their simple, but attractive, boxed packaging I think they would make a beautiful gift for anyone who appreciates a quality writing experience.Thoroughly recommended.

This is a lovely little set. It is like writing in luxury, very smooth writing and comfortable to hold. Only thing to remember is that the ink does not dry immediatley so either give it a blow or leave it to dry before folding etc.

The Zalantan ballpoint pens are a nice design and feel good quality when handling. You need to remove the little red wax tip on the ballpoint before using the first time. The pens write very smoothly, no snagging and the point is fine, so your writing looks elegant. The price for 2 pens in a nice gift box is good value and they also come with 2 spare replacement refills. The pens are described as for women, but I would say the design is unisex.

Fine Attention To Detail For This Set of Excellent Rollerball Pens
Hello All,The Zalantan set of Burgandy and Forest Green Rollerball Pens is an excellent offering from the manufacturer. Seldom do you find a retractable Pen Clip for ease of function. Each pen comes with a wax tip sheath that needs to be removed before you can commence writing with them. I presume the metal type utilized by the manufacturer that goes unspecified on the product merchant page is high-grade aluminum.The pens when held by your writing hand have a slight extra heft as a balance to them. The ease of writing is comfortable and smooth the color of the Ink wells offered here is black. I did have a malfunction with the Ink well included with the Forrest Green pen. When I started to write it worked for about a paragraph and then dried out completely. I'm not sure what happened. The pen rollerball was extended for some reason straight out of the box unlike the other Burgandy pen rollerball was sheathed.So I presume the Ink well in the Forrest Green pen had been stored for quite a while before it was shipped to me. Perhaps months and it dried up on me. Still, I consider this a freak occurrence and won't knock the product rating a Star. Even the replacement Ink Wells have stopper stubs in some sort of rubberized material. That's excellent attention to detail by the company of Zalantan.At the time of this current written review, the merchant is offering a 10% Discount Online Coupon. So if you decide to purchase these Luxury pens grab some savings along the way.
Surprisingly good pen set
This Zalantan pen set is surprisingly good for a reasonable price. You get a set of two solid metal click pens, one in a deep red finish and the other in dark green, both with gold trim. Also included are two extra Pilot G2 style refills. This all comes in a small box suitable for gifting.The pens are medium width (10.0mm wide) and comfortable to hold, and there are small vertical ridges on the grip to ensure that the pen doesn't slip while writing. I generally use ballpoint ink, but the gel ink included with these is fine, esp. if you prefer a finer line. And the build quality is very good. One note of caution - the thin gold trim ring next to he grip is not attached to the pen body and can be easily dropped and lost if you take the pen apart.Overall highly recommended.

The set also comes with two ink refills, which seem compatible with the G2 refills, though I don't have any on-hand so I will have to check this at a later time. The overall material feels durable and they are generally comfortable to use. All in all, it's a stylish, comfortable, and functional pen set, perfect for everyday use or travel. Highly recommended!
Nothing Special
I'm a pen snob, as well as a fountain pen user. But I do own a few regular pens for when I don't have my fountain pens on hand or readily inked. So when I saw this set of retractable metal gel pens, I wanted to see if I could add them to my arsenal. Here are the pros and cons according to me:Pros:~ Nice, professional looking, especially with the gold accents~ The metal barrel adds a good weight while holding the pen~ Ink flows readily out of the nib~ Clip is strong and sturdyCons:~ The nib doesn't feel like .5mm; it writes more like .38mm~ Strokes are not smooth. It feels scratchy at times, even on different papers~ In my opinion, it's not worth the price.In conclusion, I am curious as to why this has so many good reviews. There really is nothing special about these pens, and at this price point, there are a lot of pens out there that performs better.

I don’t have an important job where I would need a “fancy” pen, but I do enjoy having pens that write well when I need them and these are really nice pens! They are exactly as advertised. They write very smoothly and look super fancy. It comes in a nice box and has 2 ink refills. The metallic green and red pen is pretty and the black ink comes out well. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs a fancy looking pen without the fancy price.
