    This review is for "ErGear Electric Standing Desk, Height Adjustable Desk 120 x 60cm, Computer Desk with 4 Memory Smart Pannel, Home Office Desk."I was impressed with this desk - it is very well designed and comes in a heavy box but not too huge. I built it together with my six year old son, who did most of the screws and identifying parts, and around an hour.The instructions are very clear, and all the parts well identified with different types of screws labelled with letter codes and packaged in indiviudal sections of a long thin heat-sealed plastic bag. There was a bag of spares too, which we did not need to use. Assembly of the frame is first, then the flast desk panels are joined together, and finally the two are joined.In use, it is very simple with up/down buttons to raise or lower the desk surface, and four preset buttons which store a height by a simple long press. The movement is smooth, and the whole desk feels very well built and solid...and heavy ! We are currently using it as a keyboard stand, so we can adjust the height of the keyboard with the press of a button, whilst adults and children can all use the same fixed height stool. However as a desk that you can set to your preferred height, or to swap between sitting and standing, it performs brilliantly.I'm very happy with this desk and rate it five stars. The price at the time of review was around £95 including a £45 onscreen voucher (until 20.10.24) At this price it is a bargain, but still fair value at the full price of £140.

    I was so excited to try the ErGear Electric Standing Desk (120 x 60cm), and it has been a great addition to my home office. I’m used to standing desks at work, and since I’m working from home more often, I missed having one. Now, I’m glade to finally have one at home!The desk arrived in a compact box and was quick and easy to assemble. The frame is made from strong, heavy metal, and the tabletop comes in four pieces that are securely joined with wooden dowels and metal plates. While I wouldn’t sit on it, it’s definitely sturdy enough to hold multiple screens, laptops, and other equipment.The mechanism is smooth and quiet, which makes transitioning between sitting and standing easy. The control panel has four pre-recorded height settings (72cm, 86cm, 100cm, and 118cm), and you can adjust the height manually with the up or down buttons if needed.The desk is stable, even at its highest setting. The size is great for most setups, but if I had the space, I’d probably go for a slightly larger one, as I like to keep my larger screens a bit farther from my eyes. Still, this desk allows me to be more active while working and has already made a positive impact on my health and mood!

    The pack this table comes in is heavy, which just reflects the quality of the parts used, they’re solid and well made. Constructing the table is relatively easy, the manual is straight forward to follow and the entire assembly was done in less than two hours.The table itself is a good size, well designed and strong! The ability to be able to raise or lower the table is an interesting feature but not something I’ve ever thought of needing before; the process is smooth and quiet. Maybe now I have this desk I will embrace the idea of standing and working, after all it is good for your posture to get up from your chair as often as possible.As for the quality, it’s not bad but I am not a fan of the panelled top look. I’ll admit, I was hesitant before getting this table and my gut was probably correct. The separating lines between the panels definitely detract from the aesthetic appeal for me, the table fits better into a modern home than a cottage style.Overall it’s a good solid table but what if the electrical part of it fails?? You’d never need worry about that with a standard wooden table so something to consider.

    Transforming my workspace was rather easy with this piece. When setting it up with my son, it quickly became a family project, with him handling most of the screws. The assembly instructions were straightforward, which made the hour we spent putting it together a pleasant bonding session. Once assembled, the desk demonstrated its sturdiness, making it clear this wasn't just a flimsy addition. The electric height adjustment is seamless and whisper-quiet, allowing me to switch from sitting to standing without disturbing the household. I value the programmable memory settings that enable different heights, ideal when alternating between working alone and when my children occasionally use it for their schoolwork or crafting. The spacious top effortlessly accommodates my monitors and paperwork, and the modern design blends beautifully with the decor of our temporary home office. While assembling, I did encounter a slight obstacle with screws near the legs, which were a bit tricky. However, a power screwdriver might help with this minor challenge. On the whole, this desk changes how I work at home, providing comfort and encouraging more movement throughout the day.

    As Assembly Queen of the Flatpack I found this ErGear Height Adjustable Desk quite simple to put together, but you might find it quicker to have another pair of hands to assist in getting and keeping the components aligned. However, even for an inexperienced assembler the instructions are really clear and easy to follow.It’s built in two sections, first the stand and then the desktop, then the two are united to form the finished article. The automatic height adjustable facility makes this desk a winner on its own, and looks good too. It’s quite heavy so you won’t want to be moving it around too much, but that also is a plus point as regards stability.Great for working from home or for children’s gaming, this desk offers a stable and quality surface for a multitude of activities. Nothing less than five stars.
