This top has an inside insulation that is not breathable.I actually love it as it is lightweight but still keeps me warm and doesn't let the heat out.I have lost a significant amount of weight this year and my missing fat has kept me warm.Now I needed to find something else that is doing this.This top is perfect for it.I love it and I gladly recommend it to you.
