So, when Vine offered up a bottle of this alcohol free mouth wash by The Breath Co. I thought I'd try it.A little bottle arrived, far smaller than the Listerine bottles I am used to, and at a selling point a few quid more. So, at least on the face of it, it's a hard sell. More money for less mouth wash? Not in this financial climate sonna.HOWEVER, this is good mouth wash. It is excellent mouth wash.You pour a capful and rinse your teeth for a minute, you pour another capful and gargle for 30 seconds and away you go, minty fresh breath and gleaming teeth. The taste isn't bad, it isn't great either, it's mouth wash.Now, because of the amount you use (rinse and gargle) this small 300ml isn't going to last long, and given the price over alternatives, it's a bit of a hard sell...

Small 300ml bottle of the breath co alcohol free mild mint mouthwash, it’s not a brand I have never heard off, but like most mouthwashes it’s very straight forward and easy to use. The consistency of the mouth wash is clear.This mouth wash smells more of mint in the bottle than when you pour it out into the cap. For me this mouth wash really lacks the mint taste, as I could only taste it after spitting it out, and then came an odd after taste in my mouth. It left my teeth feeling sort of clean but not fully, as I could still feel some build up of dirt on my teeth after use.Overall, really like the packaging of product, it’s a good mouth wash if you hate strong flavours, its alcohol free so no burning but it just didn’t give me that all round clean feeling unfortunately.

I regularly use mouthwash post brush in the morning and night that helps me keep my teeth healthy and control bad breath. This 300ml Breath Co mouth wash is convenient for carrying in my suitcase on my travels. It is alcohol free and pH balanced, releasing a mild mint flavour. It is non acidic thus friendly to my teeth. I feel that it should have controlled my bad breath well, after using the mouthwash, my breath is clean and fresh.

This mouthwash has a gentle & mild mint fragrance in the bottle but when you use it, it has no taste at all which I love. This is exactly the reason I don't buy commercial high street ones as they make your mouth sting & burn with the mint taste (& even the alcohol free ones) & you can't eat or drink anything for ages after using them. But with this one, you don't get that. Not only it doesn't sting in your mouth, it has a pleasant experience of use.It's alcohol & dye free & clinically proven to fight bad breath for 12 hours. Plus no burning (as I mentioned before).I found it delivers on its promise.The bottle & overall impression of the product is quality especially that it was designed by a dentist for her daughter's bad breath problem.The only thing I didn't like it says use 2 teaspoons or 10ml but there's no indicator on the cap how much is 10ml. A slight overlooked flaw!A bit pricey at £7 (@ the time of the review) but I think it's slightly overpriced.

I ordered the Breath Co mouth wash to combat my bad breath which was complained by my wife. I have used some mainstream brands from high street and worked. This mouth wash is thr same. It's created by a dentist from his personal life experience which adds credibility and my confidence. Once it is opened, a preasant mint flavour can be smelled. It is recommended to use twice daily (90s each time) post teeth brush for adults which will help combat bad breath whole day long. It is easy to use and I'm happy with the order.

Unfortunately, I can only describe this mouthwash as disgusting. The taste is just horrible - for me anyway - and actually made me gag. I don't know what the taste is but it's not nice and I've had to dispose of it as I can't bring myself to use it again.

It might just be me, but I found the flavour of this mouthwash to be particularly unpleasant. Slightly sour with a bit of mint, and a bit like old dishwater. There's a mint flavour in there, but there's none of the sweetness or refreshing flavour that you get from a conventional alcohol based mouthwash.I can only hope that it's actually doing some good because it really is a struggle to use it, and it seems like a bit of a waste to throw it out. Maybe I'll get used to it after a while, in which case I'll update my review, but after a couple of uses, I'm not a fan.

For the purpose of this review I have compared this mouthwash to the leading supermarket brands that I sometimes purchase. The key advantage of this mouthwash is that it is alcohol free. The mint taste of this mouthwash is a more subdued and less potent than the supermarket brands. My preference would be for the supermarket brands. In terms of cost this product is listed at £6.99 which is much more expensive than the equivalent brands in my local supermarket.
