Nothing interesting, just waste of money. I asked for return and I received a full refund but they didn't ask for the book return.

Lots of great detail with supporting evidence. Great for the home enthusiast with remedies easy to follow, and even mention of bottles, what to get and why. Will love exploring book this more in summer when I can go forraging and put it into practice.

I've gone through this book twice. There are no recipes and not pictures. So I'm not sure what the other reviewer saw that I don't see. There's one almost recipe that just says to add certain ingredients together, but no how much. This books provides an overview if you were going to start using herbal type recipes and how herbal recipes can help for certain issues. But, if you're look for an exact recipes to aid with an ailment this is not your book. But, if you just want to learn more about the herbal remedy lifestyle and why you might want to start and what it can help with, this book will do that.
