Come packed in a box with a large battery compartment that seems to have a very good seal and is substantial so I feel more confident in leaving outside - it is much more sturdy that my existing lights and with larger batteries should last a lot longer I love outdoor lights and tend to set them just for the 6 hours from 4-10pm in winter. They are on a green wire (initially I thought they were going to be the sort that is just copper wire from the description) but it is malleable enough to be able to wind around the railings. Come Xmas I'll probably change their location as they are long enough to go along the front of my house and across the porch instead of having various strings out there. I am happy with them

My mum loves lights, especially garden lights, and especially ones not running up the electric bill! These take 3 D size batteries so the battery box is a bit of a beast but is easy to tuck away somewhere. This is also a very long string of lights, 40m, which goes right the way around our garden pretty much. We have strung it along our fences and to be fair, they are pretty cute when on with different settings available. There is also a timer function. Currently on offer at £22.99 with an additional voucher, it's a reasonable enough price for a light string this long. How long the batteries last and how the lights hold up to a wet winter remains to be seen, but my mum loves them and they make her happy, so I'd buy them again if needed.

The ZFAUOL Battery Fairy Lights look absolutely stunning from dusk onwards into the night. They bring a magical feel to the garden with a warm golden glow. The green wire string is disguised by the garden foliage and the battery box is also green so easily camouflaged. The battery box is a little on the large size, but I’m hoping that using the required large size batteries will mean they will last longer and need replacing less frequently than the usual AA size batteries. Very happy with this product, you get a lot of lights for a great price.

The media could not be loaded. As usual, the package arrived very quickly from Bolo.This Set of ZFAUOL Christmas Lights arrived in a plastic bag inside a sturdy cardboard box. Also inside the box is a User Manual.These lights can be used indoors or outdoors as they are 'waterproof', as is the battery compartment, see futher down in my description about them being 'waterproof'.There are 5 lighting modes, they are:Steady OnCombinationIn WaveChasingSlow FadeYou can use the buttons on the power unit to change modes.There is also a little loop that can be pulled out to hang the box.They also have a timer which you can set for 6 hours or 12 hours which will come in very handy.I ordered these as it has 200 lights with a 22M cable for a tree I have in my garden, the lights I have are too short and this would have been perfect, it would have gone around the tree a lot more and I wouldn't of had to spread them thinly.The only problem I have is it says in the description 'Watertproof', but in the user manual it states 'The product is waterproof, at least able to withstand mild rain. However, to ensure a long life span, it is important to avoid exposing the battery box to violent storms or excessive water', so for me this is a bit of a problem, I thought I could leave them out in all weathers, and if I know there is going to be a violent storm and not 'mild rain', I don't want to have to run out into the garden, and go to all the trouble of taking it off the tree, then putting them back on again after the storm, that's way to much trouble, so I will be using them indoors instead.I could go through everything that’s in the listing description but I’m sure you have already read it before reading my review, so I won’t repeat it, you can see the unboxing in my video, this is just my personal experience with it.At the time of writing this review the price is £19.99 but at the moment there is a 15% discount voucher bringing the price down to £16.99.I always like to show pages from User Manuals if there is one, so you know exactly what a product can do, you can just pause a frame in my video to read them and zoom in if you need to, also the squares on the table I use when photographing and videoing are there so you can use them to help you judge the size of items I photograph or video, the small are 1cm square and the larger ones are 5cm.I hope you have found this review and video helpful.

I absolutely loved the ZFAUOL Battery Fairy Lights! The warm white glow they emit is perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors.The long battery life (up to 144 hours) is impressive, and the multiple modes offer great versatility for different occasions.I was also relieved by how weather-resistant they are, making them ideal for outdoor use, even in rain.Plus, the low voltage makes them safe around kids and pets.Overall, they’re efficient, beautiful, and durable — a must-have for any decorative setup!

At the time of this review the price is listed at £19.99 and for that you get a very long string of led lights - 200 in total.The leds lights are just a single warm white colour and connected to a battery box that uses 3 x D type cells. This makes the box a little on the large size and D cells are not the most common around the home and they're not included. Maybe AA batteries would have been better and you can get some high powered versions these days.To test them I just used a small 4.5Vdc power supply I had and connected it to the battery terminals. They work just fine and will look nice outside at christmas.The control box looks as if its weatherproof as do the lights so should be ok for outdoor use. You get the usual modes of various flashing settings and also a constant on.Should be 5 star but I went for 4 because of the battery requirements.

This pack of 300 LED fairy lights is just the job for subtle lighting on my patio.I particularly like that they can be used indoors or out and you don't need to worry about the flex reaching an electrical outlet as they run on 3 size D batteries, which last ages.They have a timer, so they can come on automatically if you want and also different modes from steady to waves.I would buy again.
