A very useful and affective food flask. About 700ml with a wide opening at the the top. The stopper holds a folding spoon and a cup covers the top. There's a pressure relief button on the top which when pressed makes releasing the stopper easierI tested the insulating properties and filled it with boiling water which was at 99.1degC when I measured it. Screwed down the top and put the cup on. After about 4 hrs the temperature of the water was at 74degC which I think is very good. Room temperature was about 20degC throughout the test.The outside of the flask remains cool and the little amount of heat that was lost was through the top which felt warm.At the time of this review its listed at £24.99 which I think is a reasonable price for such a good flask.

This is quite a large food flask with a wide mouth, so it’s great for storing soup or salad. I’ll use it for picnics when I’m out in the countryside with my husband.The top fits on well and doesn’t leak when tipped over. It’s effective at keeping hot things hot, although a small amount of heat escapes from the top. The flask itself remains cool on the outside, so it’s safe to touch.The spoon fits neatly into the lid and just needs unfolding. I wasn’t too pleased with it though, as it almost cut my finger when I tried to open it out. The rivets are badly finished, so have sharp edges which it’s hard to avoid touching when opening the spoon.It's a very nice flask in a lovely glossy burnt orange colour, but unfortunately the spoon is not safe to use.

This is a really nice, compact, food flask. It has been attractively packaged and (mostly) well designed.I like the wide neck, that it is made from 304 stainless steel and some really nice touches like the supplied bag, a fold up spoon that stores neatly in the stopper lid and that it has a non-slip base.I also like that it is dishwasher safe. I am less keen on the placement of the steam vent (and personally wouldn't use it) but that doesn't detract from a product that is very capable of keeping your food both hot and cold.As a quick test, I filled it with water at 90deg c and then sealed it. Four hours later, the water was still a very toasty 74deg c.This flask is just about perfect for soups and chunky soups where the spoon will come in handy (and what a delightful, fold out design that is). If used for noodles a fork might be needed but, on the whole, I really like this product and look forward to piping hot food, even in the middle of an upcoming winter.Recommended.

This is a very impressive food flask that has been very well designed and made. The lid that you can use as a cup is very useful and adds an extra layer of protection from spills. I like the good quality folded spoon that is kept in the lid to the flask and the lid itself fits firmly and securely on the flask. The base stands well on its silicone protective circle. So far it has kept my soup and chilli con carne warm that I placed in the flask at 8am and ate at 12pm. A bag is also provided to carry and store your flask in. I tested the flask out by filling with water straight from the kettle, put the lid on and left it overnight. Before going to bed, I noticed that the outside of the flask and importantly the top of the flask both felt cool, indicating that little heat was being lost. In the morning, the outside of the flask was still cool but the water inside was still too hot to put my finger in. So, the thermal properties of this flask are excellent.

This flask is beautiful! And in my opinion, worth every penny. What I liked about this flask was the painted finish, it feels thick, reminds me of enamel for some reason, and if I squint my eyes I can see a sparkle in the paint, so I'd describe it as metallic. It is a fabulous aqua green colour, and matches my other cup and shake flasks. The lid is easy to get off for a hand with lots of smooth skin as I can not always get a grip (in real life, not at work). The lid also has two indentations which help give the thumb somewhere to tack itself for turning. All the thought is there in the design.The design of this mug can be seen in all different places, a lid that can fit in the hand and be screwed off, the rubbery handle works while carrying the whole thing, while also being a handle when used as a cup (think steaming, cup of soup or noods, and a hug). The spoon! Oh wow, this spoon is something else, it is like the designer spoon of camping! The spoon is smooth, feels a nice quality steel, and isn't too thin to eat off, it's nice.There was no instruction leaflet, but there is a nipple of sorts in the lid, I assume it is for releasing steam before opening, and again the lid is suitable for my hand to grip the top: not too large, not to small.I have a job where I am required to sit in silence on my own, in a room on my own, no one is allowed to talk, and no posessions are allowed in the building - but I can take in drinks bottles: I have an every day job, I don't work in a prison in the solitary confinement section. Thankfully, I work 5 hours, so I need to fast, get in, get out, live life, and reach my goals! This flask is fantastic! It means I can wake up and fast, and take a steaming hot ramen to work in my drinks flask and 'drink' it when I need to break my fast, usually around lunch time. It does say in the leaflet 49 degrees ish after 4 hours - but I put my stuff in piping hot to start with, so I think that makes a difference as I feel I get longer than that, and of course the bulk of my meal is hot water as opposed to say pasta.My only wish is that I'd love the choice of a fork! And I'd be more than happy to pay more to get it!
