    I usually take collagen in powder form mixed with water. I am not a big fan of smoothies and don’t really like the taste of the powder in water. Liquid collagen ensures 90-95% absorption, which is far higher than tablets or powders. This means your body gets maximum benefits from every sachet, leading to faster and more visible results. This is a great option as it comes ready to drink in the correct amount.It provides 8g of collagen, which is a decent amount, and each dose also contains 60mg of vitamin C. The flavour is mandarin and mango which I expected to be very sweet, but it is not. It has a sharpness to the taste which I like. It arrives in a high-end box with punch out days of the week to remind you what day you are on.I have tried this brand before and have always been pleased with the quality and results. Collagen helps support skin elasticity, hair strength, nail health, and joint mobility. This liquid collagen is free from artificial additives, gluten, soy, lactose, and cholesterol and uses only natural ingredients which I especially applaud. This box only supplies enough for two weeks, so I am not sure if this is long enough to see any major benefits. I am more than half way through the box and, like I said, it is difficult to tell if there is any great benefit yet. I have to say I think it is expensive for a two week supply. I feel you would need to take it longer to find out if this is the one for you. Overall it is a great product and has great quality.

    I've been using Absolute Collagen for a while and I’m in love with this new improved flavour!It’s really delicious and so easy to take daily. I also love how convenient it is in sachet form—no messing around with powders or taking loads of pills.The difference in my skin and hair is remarkable—my skin feels great and my hair has never been thicker or healthier. It’s become an essential part of my routine, and I can’t recommend it enough.

    First of all, the positives. The collagen comes in ready to drink, portioned out servings, in smart, high end box, so no need to measure it out with a spoon, or mix it with anything if that is not convenient. The little punch out daily reminders are also a really clever idea. The liquid itself doesn't really taste of any fruit, and is sweet enough for you to be able to get it down, but not sweet enough for you to enjoy doing so, so I ended up mixing it with water. It delivers 8,000mg of collagen per day, which sounds impressive but amounts to 8g in real terms, and is very expensive when compared to the powdered version. My current source of hydrolysed marine collagen comes in at a fraction of the price, delivers 10g of collagen, and whilst there are some added beneficial elements, to my mind, I would sooner have more product than packaging, so this is not for me. That said, it would be great for people who do a lot of business travel as it is very portable, but given how much it costs, they might want to work on the actual palatability of the formula. In sum, there is a market for these sachets of collagen, it just doesn't include me.

    I’ve just started using the *Absolute Collagen Marine Liquid Collagen Supplement* in the new Mango & Mandarin flavour, so I’ll give my initial thoughts here and plan to update after the 14-day course is complete.🌸 First Impressions: Taste & TextureFor a product marketed as Mango & Mandarin, I was expecting a stronger mango flavour—something vibrant and refreshing. Unfortunately, I found the taste a bit underwhelming. It wasn’t as sweet or fruity as I’d hoped, despite the description promising a “superior taste experience.”Texture-wise, it’s incredibly thick, which suggests a high collagen concentration. I’m taking it straight, without diluting, and it does feel quite rich compared to other liquid collagen products I’ve tried, which were much runnier.💧Collagen Content & ExpectationsOne standout feature here is the *8000mg of hydrolyzed collagen per sachet*. Many other products I’ve tried typically offer around 2,500-5,000 mg per serving, so this is definitely on the high end, which is great for anyone really focused on getting a hefty collagen boost for skin, hair, and nails. But, I wouldn’t expect to see immediate results. Based on past experience, real benefits tend to show up after 6-8 weeks of consistent use. So, while the 14-sachet pack is a good start, to truly test this product’s potential, you’d probably need to invest in several packs.🎒Convenient On-the-Go OptionOne big advantage of this product is the *sachet form*. I’ve used collagen powders before, which means dealing with big containers and having to mix them into a drink.
