Health practitioners and members of my family have said for a while that I need to take vitamin B supplements to counteract tiredness. These are ideal, with added vitamin C which I read you should take along with vitamin D to aid absorption by the body. There's 3 months supply in the container so I'll be ordering more after Christmas

These come in a jar without a childproof lock, however they have that familiar, (not pleasant), yeasty smell of vitamin B so I doubt kids would want to raid the jar.If taken whilst not inhaling they are easy to swallow, a vegan capsule is far easier to take than tablet and they are far cheaper than gummies.These contain various vitamin Bs plus vitamin C. The dosage is two per day but given the level of each vitamin I do not see the need to make more than one per day. At one per day you will still be taking the following vitamins:C - 250%B1 -3,864%B3 - 282%B5 834%B6 - 822%B7 - 400%B9 - 100%B12 - 8000%A jar lasts 90 days taking one per day, which at £9.97 as the point of order is a reasonable 11p per day.

These are the vitamin B supplements most of us should be taking.I am ordering more, as I can feel some benefits already, my husband is also taking these and tells me “things feel a bit better somehow”So I recommend to give these a good amount of time to try them for you, or others you know may benefit from vit B.For me and my Mr these are very good, so they get our recommendation

I really like the amounts of each B Vitamin in this product, as I find most bransds only have small amounts compared to this one. Obviously its no where near what it woukld be if you were taking any B Vitamins on their own, but as a complex of all of them together, this is really good value, as I've tried many before now.The smell of the capsules isn't particularly appealing, so I'm not sure what their taste would be when swallowing. I have mine swigged down with a mouthful of coffee on a morning, so it's absolutely fine on that side of things, providing I don't sniff the bottle.I have found they have been giving me a boost of energy throughout the day - by that I mean I no longer get tired spells and feel the need to nap like I used too.You will notice your urine going very bright yellow. This is due to the riboflavin (vitamin B2) pigment and isn't anything to worry about, its normal. Any excess our bodies doesn't need just comes out in our urine. The B2 is what also gives the capsules their yellow colour.Overall I'd recommend these (although I can't say I've had any B Complex's in the past that have had an unpleasant smell to them).

My MIL keeps telling me that methylated B-vitamins are more effective (according to studies, too) so when I saw these crop up I thought I'd order. I already had a tub of Thorne Methylated B Vitamins which were nearly used up.For stress management and help with fatigue - the Vitamin C element is beneficial to the immune system.The recommended daily serving is two tablets, but I just take one as I already take a variety of other supplements.I will say these are a little 'smelly' (they smell almost like yeast) but they're tasteless and easy to swallow (they are just 'regular' capsule size).Great price compared to the more premium brands, too!
