    I went for a size 11 insole and they do fit my size 11 shoes rather well, but if they are too big for your shoe you're able to trim them down to fit to size. The insoles are pretty soft and they do give you some support, but they have a little bit of a high heel so if you're used to wearing flat shoes these may feel a little bit weird. I had a little bit of pain in my foot's arch while I was wearing these because my foot wasn't used to arching that up so much, but after wearing them for a little while the pain did go away as my foot got better used to that shape.It's hard to tell if they're going to do a lot of long-term support after only using them for a couple weeks, but from what I've been able to experience I do think that it'd be will be worth it to keep using them.

    I got these mainly for using around the house as we have a tiled floor, which aren’t good for my feet with flat slippers. The insoles are very comfortable and have a raised arch support, which really makes you stand and walk properly. I wear Sketchers Arch Support trainers anyway so the transition to these insoles isn’t too different.They are very supportive and have made a huge difference putting them in my slippers, alleviating foot pain and keeping my feet warm too. Happy to recommend.

    As someone who weighs over 220 lbs and is on my feet all day, these insoles offer the perfect blend of support and comfort. The arch support is noticeable right away, and the cushioning does an amazing job absorbing impact, making it easier to stand or walk for long periods without fatigue.They also provide excellent relief for foot pain, especially for issues like flat feet, arch pain, and heel discomfort. I've noticed a reduction in the stress on my feet and joints, and the targeted support really helps alleviate pressure on the forefoot.It took about 3-5 days for my feet to fully adjust to the arch support, which is normal, but by easing into it as recommended, I avoided any major discomfort. I highly recommend these insoles for anyone dealing with foot pain or in need of extra support, especially if you're on your feet for extended periods. Plus, they fit well into my shoes after removing the original insoles.Overall, these are a solid investment for foot health, and they’ve made a huge difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day!

    These insoles are well made, and seem to be good materials, but after only 4 hours of having them in my work boots, I've had to remove them. Far from easing the aches and pains in my feet, they've made them worse. This may well be the fault of my feet, rather than the product, but this is my experience of using them. Not for me, I'm sorry to say.

    I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis where the arch of my foot can get really painful, especially when I wear certain shoes such as trainers and boots.These inserts claim to offer arch support to help Plantar Fasciitis, heel pain, arch pain and general foot aches from walking or standing all day.These inserts are quite thick, especially towards the back and heel. They’re still soft and slip into your shoes easily. Unsurprisingly, your foot moves upwards in the shoe to compensate for the size of the insert, so you may find the top of your foot pushing against the top of the shoe depending on the type of shoes you’re wearing. I definitely noticed it when I first put on my trainers but the shoes adjusted or I got used to it the longer I walked.And they were comfy! Lovely and comfy and my feet felt so supported. I had no pain while walking and no pain afterwards. Overall, I was delighted by them.Unlike other inserts I’ve tried, these are sold for your actual shoe size. A definite point in their favour that you don’t have to hack away at them to get them to fit into your shoes. I also found the inserts true to size - so I wear a size 6, bought a size 6 and they fit in my size 6 shoes perfectly. However, according to the packaging, if you’re between 2 sizes, you should always pick the larger size and trim as required.Because they’re slightly chunkier and made of different types of fabric, that actually makes them easier to take in and out of your shoes, so you really only need one pair that you can move between your shoes. You can also hand wash the insoles which gives them an even longer life.These are a penny under £25 at the time of my review and you get one pair per packet. It might seem a little pricier but if you suffer from Plantar Fasciitis or any other foot ailment, they’re definitely worth it. And you’ll be able to use this one set of insoles for all your shoes. Definitely recommended.

    On the whole, I really like these insoles. I find them supportive, especially under the arches, and they look sturdy and well-made. I'd say they give me noticeably good support in walking shoes, a bit like walking on clouds. This comes with one downside: I can't wear them to run, as the extra bounce is too much for me. I got these in a 7, and they fit my size 7 trainers perfectly without having to cut them. They "lift" me out of my shoes slightly, though the benefit of that is that my shoe no longer rubs my ankle. I'd say they're too pricey at £30, but it depends how long they last - I've had cheaper brands that feel just as comfortable, though these do look sturdier.

    The shoe inserts seem to help with my heel pain.

    Ich habe die PCSsole Einlegesohlen im Rahmen des Vine-Programms kostenlos erhalten und muss sagen, ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Seitdem ich sie in meinen Arbeitsschuhen nutze, sind meine Fußschmerzen deutlich zurückgegangen und ich habe endlich den Komfort, den ich lange gesucht habe.Verpackung:Die Einlagen wurden ordentlich und sicher verpackt geliefert, sodass sie in einem einwandfreien Zustand bei mir ankamen. Sie waren zudem leicht zu entnehmen und konnten direkt eingesetzt werden.Material und Verarbeitung:Die Einlegesohlen wirken hochwertig und gut verarbeitet. Das Material fühlt sich robust und stabil an, bietet aber gleichzeitig eine angenehme Dämpfung und Stabilität im Fersen- und Mittelfußbereich. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass sie auch bei längerer Nutzung nicht so schnell abnutzen werden.Design:Optisch sind die Einlagen schlicht, aber funktional gehalten. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass sie relativ dünn und flexibel sind, was sie in vielen Schuhen unauffällig macht.Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis:Auch wenn ich sie kostenlos testen durfte, würde ich sagen, dass der Preis von rund 30 Euro gerechtfertigt ist. Verglichen mit anderen Einlegesohlen bieten diese hier eine wirklich gute Unterstützung und Entlastung, die sich vor allem bei Fußschmerzen oder längeren Arbeitstagen auszahlt.Fazit:Die PCSsole Einlegesohlen sind für mich eine echte Bereicherung.     I have been having a lot of pain in my feet with daily walking on my walking pad and in the neighborhood. Overall my feet did feel more supported with these insoles but I have not noticed a big difference in the amount of pain yet. Hoping that with time, they will help with that, too. They provide support without adding a lot of extra bulk in the shoes. The fit was accurate and didn’t require any trimming. While the insoles do help provide support, I do not think I’d would order again at the current price point of about $30.
