Nice way to improve your workout. Good size tub of powder, easy to mix and a nice flavour, quite sweet but this is to be expected. Strawberry and lime is a nice flavour I haven't seen in pre-workout drinks before. High caffeine, which I personally find really makes a difference.

My partner is a daily gym goer and has tried countless pre workouts in various forms. After using this one for the first time he said it’s easily the best he’s used.It has very high caffeine content - the maximum legal dose I believe so you’re really not going to find much better than this one. In addition, it has a nice mix of other vitamins to keep you going.It comes in several different flavours but we’ve tried the strawberry and lime. Honestly, my partner isn’t too bothered about flavour as he just drinks it down quickly before heading out but I found it quite pleasant if a little sharp.It’s very easy to prepare and doesn’t make for a lumpy drink 🤢Some preworkouts have caused him some stomach upset but he’s had no issues with this one.We’ll definitely be coming back for this one once he runs out.Very happy to recommend 😊

This is the first time I've tried any pre-workout drink. It was easy to mix and the on pack instructions were clear. It wasn't lumpy and had the consistency of water. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was quite strong though, almost like cordial that needed a bit more water. Of course you can add more water to dilute it but these observations are just based on the recommended mix.The taste is like orange juice mixed with lots of other fruits. Almost like the liquid that's left after having a fruit salad.I didn't notice any difference though during my workout. I didn't feel like I could last longer or lift more. So for me, it's not something I would look to purchase again. However, £19 for 30 servings isn't bad at all and offers good value versus other products you might purchase at the gym.

This is an excellent pre-workout that provided me with a good stream of energy for the duration of my workout (1hr 30mins). This is of course mostly down to the 200mg caffeine, but the additional extras help and I was impressed with the 3 grams of creatine which gives me 60% of my total needs.Although it has 3.2 grams of beta alanine I didn’t experience any of the usual tingles that usually comes with it, which some can find unpleasant. The fruity punch taste is lovely (not too tangy) and arguably one of the best tasting pre-workouts I’ve tried over the last 15 years.For 30 servings the RRP is on the slightly high side for someone who just uses caffeine pills for energy usually, but the additional extras such as the creatine help to justify this. With the current steep discount it is especially highly recommended.

This pre-workout powder packs a punch! The Strawberry & Lime flavor is refreshing and the energy boost is noticeable. I feel more focused and energized during my workouts. However, it can cause a bit of tingling due to the beta-alanine. Overall, it's a great product for those who need an extra boost in the gym.

This is a review of "Bulk Dope Pre-Workout Powder, Fruit Punch, Energy Drink with Beta Alanine, Creatine, Caffeine, Arginine (AAKG), Citrulline, Taurine, Vitamin B6, 495 g, 30 Servings"I ordered three different flavours in this pre-workout powder from Bolo. They are all essentially the same thing and all contain both creatine and caffeine. They all come is same distinctively branded tub, which is resealable and contains a handy measuring scoop.It's one serving a day and, given the obviously high levels of caffeine here, I wouldn't recommend it for an evening work-out - unless you're planing to stay awake all night!It dissolves easily enough and doesn't leave any nasty residue. One tub has thirty servings so enough for at least a month, assuming you work out daily. Just under 20 quid (at time of review) for a month's supply is good enough value for this type of supplement.You can notice the difference in the various flavours, I think this one (fruit punch) is probably the nicest, but none of them are unpleasant.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. This pre workout works great, it has a great taste and mixes well enough into water, it's fairly fast acting with the typical pre-workout face tingles.

This definitely packs a punch. It's a lot of caffeine. It's like having 625 ml of standard energy drink, but you're having it in a few mouthfuls. It really lives up my morning workouts/runs but I wouldn't want to do it every day. I don't get any of that itchiness pre workouts sometimes give, and it tastes nice enough to get down easy. Not super bitter. It also mixes very well with no clumps just by shaking.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di testare a fondo il pre-workout "Dope" di Bulk e posso confermare che si tratta di un prodotto efficace nel supportare le prestazioni atletiche.Ho notato un aumento dell'energia e della concentrazione, che mi hanno permesso di spingere più forte durante gli esercizi. Inoltre, ho avvertito la sensazione di "pompaggio" muscolare, tipica degli integratori pre-workout, che contribuisce a migliorare la performance.Questo prodotto può essere un valido aiuto per gli atleti che cercano un integratore in grado di fornire energia, migliorare la concentrazione e aumentare la performance durante l'allenamento. La formula completa e ben bilanciata, unita alla varietà di gusti, lo rendono un'ottima scelta per chi desidera massimizzare i risultati dei propri allenamenti.
trop de caféine
Les 200mg de caféine par dose sont trop, je bois régulièrement du café et j'ai une certaine accoutumance, et malgré ça je trouve l'effet excitant d'une dose recommandée de ce pre-workout sur mon coeur un peu désagréable.Il se dilue facilement, une dizaine de tours d'une simple cuillère suffit, pas besoin de le mettre dans un shaker.Le goût est plus chimique que "Cocktail de Fruits”.C'est peut-être un mal nécessaire causé en partie par la présence de arginine, bêta-alanine, citruline et créatine. Sur celle dernière mon avis est partagé : d'une part c'est un très bon complément, très étudié, aux effets positifs connus et sans effets négatifs pour la personne lambda. Et c'est une très bonne idée de mettre un tel complément, au dosage correct (3g) dans un autre complément, cela fait un geste de moins et une minute de gagnée par rapport à une prise séparée, même si les effets de la créatine ne sont pas immédiats et ne nécessitent pas forcément une prise avant l'exercice. Par contre, pour la créatine, la régularité au fil des jours est importante, alors je me demande si le pre-workout, qui n'est pris que les jours d'entraînement, était le meilleur endroit pour mettre la créatine. Cela veut dire qu'il faut quand même avoir et prendre de la créatine seule les jours de repos, ce qui n'est pas la simplification la plus simple.Au final, je fais des demi-doses de ce pre-workout à cause de la caféine, et si je ne n'avais pas eu celui-ci en test, j'en aurais choisi un avec moins de caféine. Mais si vous avez besoin de cette sensation de déborder d'énergie pour vous motiver, vous aimerez.

avec plus d'une dizaine d'années de musculation et après avoir testé différend pré workout, celui ci et sans doute un des meilleurs .
