HOW TO USE:
(1) Start with a clean face and follow your usual skincare routine.
(2) Open the package and peel off the backing from the mouth part. Apply it around your mouth, smoothing the sides.
(3) Remove the backing from the other mask and apply it around your eyes, smoothing it on your skin until flat.
(4) Let it absorb for at least 40 minutes or until it becomes transparent, then discard after use.

Bio Collagen Face Mask 6pcs: These face masks come individually wrapped, so maintain their moisture until you want to use one. The mask itself is fairly sturdy, it doesn’t break-up or tear when applying and it applies in 2 parts, firstly to the mouth area and then to the upper face which assists it to sit well and better cover the whole face.Then, looking like something that’s escaped the black lagoon, you do need to get comfortable and relax for a quite a while, which is just as well as you really don’t want anyone seeing you look like that! I do find 40mins a long time to keep this on, it has a tendency to slip so laying in a recumbent position is best (that’s my excuse for putting my feet up). The mask turns from opaque to near transparent a sign, I suspect, that the skin has absorbed the active ingredients.The contents of the mask are predominantly water and glycerin, which in themselves do provide a good job of “plumping” up of the skin. Collagen is way down the ingredient list but, a little goes a long way and these masks do provide an improved look to the fine lines and general condition of the skin (albeit in the short term). I think using regularly will improve the moisture levels and look of lines so definitely worth a go and enjoy a spa day at home for a couple of quid a go.

Instead of sad fibre or a floppy thin piece of cellulose, these are thick masks that sit right to your skin without feeling gross and sticky. They come in two parts - a top and bottom - so you know you always get a perfect fit. The serum isn't sticky but it does adhere to your skin so you can wander around the house while wearing it without it falling off.They have plenty of serum on, but after an hour or so it all gets sucked into your skin, leaving the face mask kind of dry. I like that because then I know I've gotten every bit of goodness (and my money's worth) out of it. When you peel it off it feels AMAZING. My skin is so silky-smooth and lovely!

This is a review for the CiAlplw pack of six bio-collagen face masks.These face masks are individually packaged in plastic. The sachets are then presented inside a cardboard box. The collagen mask sheets have a plastic backing. These are not low-waste masks.Initially, I found the masks (there are two halves - an upper mask and a lower mask) didn't stay on my skin very easily. Despite smoothing them carefully against my skin, they kept peeling off. However, as they began to dry a little after a few minutes, adhesion was much better. I actually slept in the masks and they stayed in place even though I don't sleep on my back (though I don't think they would if you are a very wriggly sleeper or press your face into the pillow a lot).On removing the mask in the morning, I was pleased to find that my skin didn't feel particularly tacky. I find some other mask brands leave an almost glue-like residue on my skin after use, but there was just a very slight tackiness over my forehead and not elsewhere.I wouldn't say that I've seen big changes right after using this mask, but sometimes the full effects of masks take a day or two to be evident.

As a nearly sixty year old, I confess a soap and water wash and moisturiser morning and night is the usual extent of my skincare routine!… but I fancied a bit of pampering, so I thought I’d give these a try. You get six in the boxed pack, seperately packaged in sealed foiled sachets to keep them moist and fresh. The face packs themselves each come in two sections-one for the mouth area and the second for the upper face, which makes them slightly easier to apply, I suppose. They’re not the easiest things to position- it’s a bit like trying to place a thin sheet of wet jelly ( in solid form) on your face…very floppy!…and I found it ripped a bit as I tried to place it correctly, but once on and smoothed down it seemed to stay in place. You then have to wear it for at least 40 minutes- and practically-speaking, you really need to lie back and do nothing for this time, which is a pamper treatment in itself! And for anyone who enjoys a spa day, these are probably a treat. Personally, however, this didn’t feel pampering at all….the face mask feels cold-and stays cold for the whole time it’s on!- so I spent what felt like a very long and uncomfortable 40 minutes feeling like I was wearing a cold custard skin on my face, and it was with great relief when the time was up and I could remove it and wash the residue off! Having said this, my skin did feel soft and hydrated afterwards, so the results were positive. All in all, you’re either going to love these or not - valuewise if you do, these are a really cheap way to have a spa treatment at home- but unfortunately they just weren’t for me.

I was surprised to read that these masks need to be left on for a min of 40 mins as I assumed they would be like the paper masks of around 15-20 minutes.They are easy to unwrap and apply and are made of a kind of soft, pliable jelly like plastic. They stick to your face well (although I did slightly rip mine by being a bit too heavy handed so be careful of this) and once on they feel cooling and smooth - no smarting or tingling sensation. I sat and watched a tv programme while wearing mine and the time soon flew by.I was honestly very pleasantly surprised by the after results. My skin felt smooth and slightly plumped up and it also felt like it evened out my skin tone. There was little residue left on my skin (again, as you often get with the paper sheet masks) and I just gently patted my skin dry with my hands after removal to absorb any left over serum.It even felt really nourished the next morning which was a great bonus. I feel like this would be a lovely treat for your skin perhaps once a week to pep it up when needed.
