    Its a post drinking supplement, that needs to be taken before you go out and get leathered. How many times do you really know when you are going to be out for longer than expected and drink more than initially wanted? Reccomended to take 3 tablets before each session. Ive tried them and noticed no real difference. I still woke up feeling like I had been run over by a bus, but then again, I cant handle hangovers. So, no real advantage for me.

    Having tried various supplements over the years, I was intrigued by the comprehensive blend in these capsules. Not only did my energy levels feel more consistent throughout the day, but I also noticed a definite improvement in my post-workout recovery. The fact that they're vegan is a big plus for me, as I try to follow a plant-based diet whenever possible.

    I'm not entirely convinced that these live up to the hype but they are a decent B complex, so after my experiment with them last weekend, for which they had no discernible effect, I'm now taking these as a one-a-day supplement. Whether they prove to be genuinely useful, only time will tell.

    Whilst these certainly work at helping me feel better overall being a multi-vitamin, I'm not totally convinced by their ability to prevent a hangover. Having tried once I still felt groggy with a headache in the morning....I'll just need to try again!

    I don't believe in 'post party' cures as I roughly know what's happening in my organism after over indulging.As it happened, I've overdone things on last long weekend and quickly reached out for this 'Upswing ' vitamins.Instead of feeling off all day, being sleepy and generally feeling 'meh', I haven't even noticed when my 'head discomfort' was gone.You get 30 tablets that look like my usual supplements, packed full of vitamins and L-cystine which has antioxidant effects.It is recommended to take three; I took 2 and they worked.It's like a shot of energy and supply with vitamins that I've managed to 'rinse out' by over indulging.I'd say - give it a go.I'm sure they helped me and put me back on track within an hour and I haven't wasted my day.

    The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 30 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money for a starter pack. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider to help night out recovery.
