    These are excellent VitD3 and K2 tablets. Our family like these.We have all seen a remarkable improvement in overall health and resistance to illness while taking these supplements. Its no surprise considering most people are deficient in the hormone Vit D3 which is responsible for intracellular communication and as a messenger chemical for DNA transcoding. No wonder things go wrong when this hormone is in short supply to almost every cell including the immune system. How can the body co ordinate a defence with compromised communication.I noticed that someone commented on the product quality.     I have been pleased to sample and test these Vitamin D3 K2 micro tablets.My own general experience of supplements is that they are beneficial providing you are consistentand sustain taking them over a period of time.As the Bolo page indicates these tablets are particularly good to support the immune system and bonehealth.They are easy to consume and I take them with food which I find works best for me.They are good value -giving 16 months supply and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

    I don’t have a personal lab to check the ingredients of these pills, so I can’t really judge their quality in that sense. But as you can see from the photo I’ve included the tablets are very small, while supposedly very high-strength, so you get a large supply of easy-to-swallow pills at a very good price that will keep you going for months.

    This supplement contains both Vitamin D3 and K2 which is recommend to take one with the other. The capsules are small so should be easy to swallow even for those who struggle with swallowing tablets.The amount of vitamin D3 (4000 iu) while over the RDA is the recommend "sweet spot" for vitamin D3. This also has 100μg of vitamin K2 which a little on the lower side. A quick search suggests a daily dose of between 100-300.The price is competitive when you consider this is a 16 months supply when others are a year.
