This coffee machine has got to be the best we have had, very easy to use and set up, the thermal coffee pot keeps the coffee hot for over 6 hours, There is a plastic smell when new but this fades over a few days and uses, but i definatly recommend this machine if you'r a coffee nut like us.

Useless really, had it a month used about 6 times, fill it with water, only half gets used, can’t rely on it, coffee tastes ok, just no good if you want 4 coffees and only two comes out, different every time you use it !

I like the insulated jug a lot. The coffee is very hot immediately after completion of percolation and stays hot to warm for quite a while in the jug without any warming plate. I suspect that might save on electricity. The coffee does cool over a longer time, of course, but can be heated up with a brief use of the microwave if needed . Running some more water through also can achieve that and still give an acceptable coffee if you are not too fussy. It's hard to comment on the taste of the coffee since that is down to personal taste. I have to say though that I have been pleasantly surprised, since I have been mainly been doing pour over coffee for the last couple of years. Overall, I really like this Turkish made machine, for convenience and end quality of the coffee (I am not a connoisseur), but like my morning coffee. I have not used the timer function yet and I am not sure that the aroma button makes a lot of difference, but may it do with different coffees. Overall, after a couple of weeks regular use, I have been very satisfied.

I have looked everywhere for a machine with an insulated jug in place of a hot plate. I used to have a ninja machine which lasted for many years but they are incredibly pricey to replace. This thing is dreadful in comparison- the water reservoir is plastic and is awkward to remove and replace. I have found if I fill to its top line the pot overflows. As it’s plastic, and as others have said, there is a plasticy smell during the brewThe filter basket is the worst thing ever…. It requires use of a torch to find the correct fitting I’ve had it for a month now and haven’t once managed to fit it properly first timeThe unit is quite bulky and has a big plastic baseI’m really struggling to find a positive! It works. The insulated pot does keep the coffee hot and I’d never go back to scorched coffee from a hot plate again so…

Got this to replace a great but old miller coffee machine with a broken mechanism, it was great to not have coffee leaking on the counters! Its beautiful and makes nice coffee and the timer function (also broken i. My old one- it worked hard for years poor thing) works great!We had a lot of no4 filter papers left so great we get to use them still.Giving 4 i stead of 5 stars because it is quite a noisy coffee machine, its been years since i could hear the machine brewing at 6:30 on the downstairs floor.Keeping the coffee machine but worth noting

Nice looking machine but it didn't last. Used once a day and lasted 3 months to the date of purchase despite using filtered water and attempting descaling process. Our revious coffee machine lasted over 7 years !
