Perfect for porridge and oat flapjacks or used in a variety of both sweet and savoury recipes. It is a common practice to soak the oatmeal overnight. Although I live in Scotland none of the supermarkets or garden centre food departments stock pinhead oatmeal any more! I know it is a bit old-school but this is an essential ingredient for the glorious Scottish dessert cranachan. Delivered within 24 hours of ordering and at a reasonable price.
