    The media could not be loaded. I would say XL would be more comfortable, had to stretch these in, size is 19" from knee count 4 inches to the top, then turn it around and measure the circumference, so mine is Large, unfortunately it's tight, I would go with XL as those 2 mini straps can grip and tighten and hold the whole knee pad up hard.On the bright side the product is well made, good quality material, stretchy, spongy, and holds very well with the velcro, It just feels like it's restricting, so this isn't good to run with, it's good for support and recovery. For use with sport your better off with kinesiology tape, or thinner more stretchy knee support pads. This one is the restrictive I'll hang around at home wearing it until I'm better type of support.I think what make this better is larger design less puffy, and ability to take out the springs, which are the main cause of it's restriction of movement. Feels like a chore to bend the knee with this on. If it's any consolation it does offer good support as the silver lining with it's restrictions. Go with a slightly larger size if you want more comfort, but slightly less support.I liked how it has those gel grips to help hold it up when the straps compress it on the skin. Mainly disliked the restrictive movement, so cannot use it with running type of sport, unless you don't mind the restrictive extra push you need to move when running. Want to note it's okay when walking.

    For quite a while now I have had a bit of a dodgy knee and after extensive workouts, I get some pain and discomfort.Previously, I had a sleeve-type knee support with straps, but I lost it, so I decided to upgrade to his model. I have to admit that I do like it a lot. I went for the M size, and I find it to be true to size—you can adjust it since it is designed as an elastic band with Velcro.Not sure what is the benefit of the open patella and I don't mind either but I do find the cushiony ring to be especially comfortable if you need to apply some pressure on your knee.

    Ich habe die Kniebandage kostenfrei zum Testen bekommen. Das beeinflusst aber nicht die Bewertung. Ich teste auch nur Dinge für meinen Eigenbedarf. Somit auch nur das, was ich tatsächlich benötige!Preis zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung: 14,99€Diese Kniebandage hat beim Auspacken einen leichten Gummigeruch. Wenn man die Bandage ein bis zwei Tage auf die Leine hängt, dann verfliegt auch dieser Geruch.Ich habe leider einen Innenmeniskusriss. Das reizt die Knochen, die dann aufeinander reiben, wenn ich mich falsch drehe. Meine bisherigen Bandagen wurden entweder übergezogen und rutschten dann über Tag einfach runter oder die anderen wurden hinten mit Klett befestigt. Das wurde am Tag aber sehr unangenehm da der Klettverschluss hinten liegt und in der Kniekehle scheuert.Diese Bandagen sind aber vorne geklettet, und stützen einfach gut (und scheuern auch nicht). Rechts und links vom Kniescheibenloch sind gefühlt Kunststoffstäbe eingenäht. Sie sind biegsam, trotzdem muss man sich mehr anstrengen sein Knie zu beugen. Eigentlich läuft man am Anfang damit wie mit einem steifen Knie. Bis man gelernt hat auch gegen den Widerstand zu arbeiten. Das ist aber viel besser als laufend eine falsche Bewegung zu machen die weitere Schmerzen nach sich zieht.Damit die Bandage nicht rutscht ist oben eine Antirutschspur aus Silikon aufgebracht. Damit rutscht die Bandage nicht so schnell nach unten. Das einzige Manko, man schwitzt natürlich unter der Bandage. Atmungsaktiv würde ich das nicht bezeichnen.Die Nähte sehen sauber aus, der Preis ist OK.Danke fürs lesen.

    Die Kniestütze ist einfach anzulegen und passt sich perfekt dem Knie an. Die Kniebandage gibt sehr guten Halt, sie ist bequem zu tragen und super verarbeitet. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
