    Biotin is something that is great for hair and skin which is also one of the safer things to take as a supplement as overdosing is not possible, your body will simply get rid of what it doesn't need. Certainly useful when its something where 10,000% of its NRV can be jammed into a single gummy, obviously this means 60 gummies means a 2 months supply so that is pretty good.The texture is an alright one and the flavour is in line with sweets that use natural flavouring though I suppose some people may still feel it tastes 'synthetic' despite what the ingredients list. Seems to be a decent value especially if you acquire the 150 count one as Nutrilus does with their gummies. Could be recommendable to give a try to.

    The strawberry flavour is synthetic tasting with these and you're probably thinking "Duh" but I've had some really good Strawberry flavour tasting gummies before. One of the best gummies I've had was a mango flavoured gummy not only because the flavour was spot on but also because the texture was similar to mango. I like the texture of these it's not that rubbery texture you often get with gummies. This is 60 days supply @ 1 gummy per day,

    There are so many supplements I feel I need to take, having the option to take one in the form of a gummy is a win win for me as I am not a fan of taking tablets .These gummies are nice and tasty.60 gummies - either 60 or 30 days supply depending on how many you take a day. Could always start with a higher dose (2 gummies) to boost levels and then reduce to 1 gummie a day.After taking these gummies for 3 weeks my nails are in better condition. Hair, that is harder to measure due to my age and lots of changes happening to my hair!

    I'm happy to report that these vitamin gummies have no unpleasant artificial aftertaste. The flavour is delicious and fruity. And they're easy to chew too. The texture is nice and the gummies didn't get stuck in our teeth.

    These strawberry flavour gummies are an easy and convenient way to take biotin to supplement your diet.They are vegan friendly which is good for me and I find the texture quite nice, they are chewy but not too gloopy. The taste is quite pleasant, it's not too strong and there is no aftertaste.The dosage says one or two, I have been taking two a day because I think the levels of biotin in each one are fairly average.Overall I think there are better value ways to take biotin but if you don't like swallowing tablets these could be a good option.

    One or two per day - I can manage that.I need more vit B to built on my nails but not sure these help enough so I don't think I will be getting them again.They are relatively low in sugar so one per day won't hurt.Tate wise - they are ok but I think I had some nicer tasting and less or zero sugar.
