    I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. They include gelatin so aren’t suitable for vegans and vegetarians. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at just over £10. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider although vegetarians will have to look elsewhere.
